Abbi’s Full Service Salon

I purchased a voucher to try a new salon. Purchased online, and the salon has a website. I have sent 3 emails to the contact email listed on the website, asking to schedule the appt. Of course the original day that I wanted has passed. Being hearing impaired, I avoid the phone when possible and it not usually a problem since website and emails seem to be the primary form of communication these days. However, tomorrow will be one week since I sent my first email, none of which have been acknowledged. If I ever get an appt with this company, I will likely change my review, but I will probably never return to a business that cannot communicate with hearing impaired people.

Abbi did my hair for my wedding and it turned out absolutley beautifully! My photographer even used my picture as the cover photo for her website! Abbi even had breakfast ready for us when we got there. The staff was so sweet and accomodating. Thank you for making my wedding day so beautiful!!!

I purchased a deal on livingsocial for a haircut and style. I had really long hair that just needed to be chopped off and I didn’t know where to turn to. I purchased the deal and called the salon a few moments after they opened up. Spoke with Farrah and she asked my availability and was able to schedule me for a haircut within the hour. I was beyond excited to get this mane cut and styled to something new. Upon arriving Farrah put me in her chair and listened to what I wanted and gave her suggestions. She was never pushy just spoke her opinion on what I wanted and how it would look due to my face. In the end she had me feeling like a new woman with my new do. I’ll definetely be visiting again in six weeks.

Abbi always does a great job with my color. She is very responsive to my requests and has creative ideas to help me achieve the look I want. I’ll keep going back. (My teenage son and daughter love her, too.)
