AWFUL! I moved here from Chicago and thought I’d try Ageless Remedy because they carried the face products I use. SODISAPPOINTING! I bought more products after my service and apparently they under charged me. Someone named Denise(I believe) kept calling me because I owed them $ 20 more because they undercharged me — like I was the one who rang myself up! When I went in to pay them the additional money(Denise again) was SORUDE! Worst customer service ever!!!

Do not use for a microderm facial! I’ve been here a few times in the past & the experience was fine but this last time I had a facial with the physician assistant. She was very aggressive with the microderm wand & this resulted in severe wounds that caused scabs and eventually scarring. The co-owner called me several times to check in on me since she knew I was unhappy but she only offered me a free facial. Why would I go here again after this horrible experience? She kept telling me this sometimes happens. No apologies. Then the doctor associated with medical spa called me once and said he would call back, but I have yet to hear from him again. I’ve had facials for years & I have never experienced the type of harm this has caused to my face. Please proceed with caution before going to this location.

Promises not kept. Horrible experience with fillers and the owner. Don’t go here. Swan Center is more expensive, BUT you will get the results you want with no drooping eyes. They wouldn’t even call in eye drops to resolve the issue. I had to go to my doctor, take time off work, pay a $ 50 co-pay only to be told what I already knew — the filler was injected poorly. That’s $ 1000 I will never see again.

I had Juvederm from Natalie which they claim is supposed to last up to 1 year. Except mine started wearing off after one month(and my face has a couple of ripples like she didn’t smooth it out properly when she did my injectable). So I made an appointment for her to take another look at it. I got there at my appointed time and was told that she was«on her way», but wouldn’t be there for another 30 minutes. So I left and rescheduled for the following week and again arrived on time. This time, I ended up waiting 50 minutes for her. I received No apology for her standing me up the previous week, and NO apology for keeping me waiting 50 minutes past my appointment time. Yet she suggested I spend another $ 420 and that would supposedly correct whatever she didn’t do correctly the first time. Needless to say, I’ll be saving up another $ 400, but it won’t be to spend at Ageless Remedies. NO respect at all for my time and apparently NO respect for my money means NO more visits to 625 W. Crossville Rd. Surely better service and skill is out there somewhere.

I just paid $ 40 for an airbrush tan and I barely even have a tan line from where I wore underwear(and I am pale white!!). This is the 2nd time this has happened. Such a rip off! I’m so disappointed.

Staying young is big business in the North Fulton ‘burbs, and it looks like Ageless Remedies has become a crucial part of the youth maintenance regimen of many a tennis mom. I had sat on a very generous gift card to this location for a while, and I figured the weekend after my very first law school memo was due was a good time for some relaxation, and I booked a facial and a mild glycolic peel. They were able to accommodate my time and date request easily, so booking was a breeze. They do require 24 hours notice to cancel. Their website is woefully out of date though, and I couldn’t find a price list or services list anywhere online. Additionally, their online specials were last updated in the summer of 2009, so new media promotions are obviously not their specialty. The emphasis here is definitely on the«med» not the«spa» of the MedSpa. The vast majority of the services they offer involve injectables, and lasers. The same 90s music played in the rooms as well as in the lobby, and the lighting was bright throughout. If you’re looking for waterfalls, candles, and mood lighting, this is not your place. They also get you in and out quickly; my services took an hour start to finish. That being said, my facial was really excellent. My technician was very thorough, and I noticed a big difference in the tone, color, and smoothness of my skin when I walked out. I’ll look forward to coming back to use up the rest of my gift certificate, but I won’t be expecting so much pampering next time.
