Established in 1998.

Larry Barras established the agency in 1998, and served the community well for fifteen years. Josh Stephens took over the leadership of the agency in 2012, and is directing the assistance to hundreds of pleased customers today.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Josh is a long time native of the Roswell area. Josh is the grandson of Levada and Jim Mabry, longtime residents of the Roswell community. Many people in the community buy home grown honey from Jim Mabry on the Mabry Farm. Josh is a graduate of Georgia Southern University. Josh’s mom recently retired from teaching in the Cobb County School system with over 30 years in public education. Josh’s father leads a Kennesaw State University campus ministry.
