Just called to make an appointment for an estimate on new replacement windows. They will not come out unless my husband is here too. I explained that he will not be here and does not want to be here, as I run the household and do not work. He works hard all week and doesn’t want to be bothered with stuff like this on the weekend. Ridiculous in this day and age that they will not work with a woman without her man sitting right there!

I recently had an estimate done to replace the windows for my residence. After getting the high pressure pitch, I signed a contract to get him out of the house. I’m not sure about the quality or workmanship because I cancelled the contract. The high pressure sales pitch is why I’m not thrilled with this vendor. Why can’t I just get a written quote and have a couple of days to consider it?

Called to get a quote and when I told them it was a rental property I was told, by Kaytlin, they don’t service rental properties. When queried why the answer was that, Kaytlin stated that landlords only purchase builder grade and they just don’t deal in that. We never spoke of money so to assume I wanted builder grade was rude along with the fact that I have 5 properties that they could have done work at. So cant say anything about the craftmans ship but can say that there customer service is bad right out the gate

My husband and I purchased a home in the Atlanta area as a rental property in 2008. The house was built in the early 70’s and the windows were original to the home. There was a ton of air coming though all of them and our renters complained that their heating bills were outrageous. They said if we wanted to keep them as tenants, we would have to change the windows. We shopped around and had a few contractors come and speak to us. Unfortunately, their products and prices were out of our price range. We heard from a friend about Capital and decided to give them a try. The salesman was very polite, courteous and knowledgable. We ultimately chose them because of their lifetime warranty. Within a week of install, our tenants were already noticing a difference in the amount of heat they had to use. They also look amazing! One of the neighbors actually asked where the windows came from. I am very pleased with our new windows and will absolutely use them again.
