Car Spa

I took my new truck there a couple of days ago. I opted for one of the more expensive services. I told the guy that I would be very critical and asked if that was going to cost more, he laughed and said no.
I sat and watched my truck being pulled outside where it sat for about 10 minutes while I watched other cars and trucks come and go. I asked the manager who said someone was working on it but he was wrong. Eventually a guy came sauntering across the lot and started wiping it down but I think it was dry by now. After he let me know the truck was ready I looked at it and told him he should be ashamed. It was not good at all so I found the manager and told him they get a C– at best. He went out and talked to the guy but it still took a while and then I had to show him all the areas that were unacceptable. The guy working on my truck told me that he was busy running the other areas but I don’t think that is my problem and not a valid excuse. I actually took a rag and wiped up the areas that needed attention, I should not have to do this. When he first let me know the truck was ready it should have been great. I don’t mind paying for any service as long as I get good service. There just seemed to be no urgency and pride in workmanship. Very disappointed!

Came in for a detail– am still waiting for my car after 2 hours. Watched the process from inside and could see that the tech moved at a snails’s pace. Seems they would always have 2 – 3 techs on each car. More cars=more $$$
A gentleman approached me to inquire about which car I was waiting for — he checked on the progress and told me «they aren’t even close-​said it took awhile to get to it» (which isn’t true as I’ve been watching)
One other item-​they refuse to take digital coupons. Who carries coupons with them? Come into this century please.
Guess we’ll find a more efficient place

To sum it up– they do a half effort job for a high price. They obviously don’t want to be at work and they don’t care about the customer experience. If I say I want my interior cleaned and it’s really important that my cup holders get cleaned… Then they don’t clean my cup holders I find that completely unacceptable! Next time I will get a Clorox wipe out of my kitchen and clean the interior of my car myself. THEY TRY TO FIX MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH COUPONS BUT WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK THERE FOR THIS TO JUST HAPPEN AGAIN? *AND THEY BROKE OFF MY BACK WINDSHIELD WIPER *

First of all, I never log in to leave reviews — about anything but after visiting Car Spa on Alpharetta Highway I feel compelled to do so. First, when I handed over my car, I was told that «the best man we have» is working on your car. Ok, did not have a problem waiting for a while but when I got my car back everything looked ok at that moment. It was later that day that I noticed how ridiculous the whole experience was.
My windshield was so streaked I re-​cleaned it myself. My mats were not positioned correctly so I fixed that too. I had my seats cleaned (cloth) and after 2 days still damp. My rims are dirty and some places on my car were never even cleaned. I spent a lot of money for this cleaning and got much less than the average «wet and go» service. Part of me wants to call them and demand another cleaning but another part just wants to let it go and never return. I will do both because I refuse to be screwed like that!
I do not recommend Car Spa to anyone because I feel that the work is shotty and over-​priced. A better care care experience can be found else ware. Folks, don’t waste your money here — I won’t be back!

Well worth the $ 16.99 free. They took the extra time to clean all the nooks-​cranies, door jams and more. Highly recommend!

Horrible lol they didn’t even vacuum my car all the way nor cleaned my ashtrays or wipe the door panels. Windows are streaky like a kid cleaned my car… I figure that’s why they give you a coupon receipt that allows you to return in 3 days for a free wash lol horrible workers there … Lol took them 20 min to not clean my car smh

Body clean but all windows smeary. Had to do them ourselves. Not returning.

These guys do an ok job, the one up by North Point mall is much better though.
Every time I go into this one all I hear are the employees complaining they are tired and want to go home or acting a fool… unless the manager is out by the cars, then they do a good job.
Good for a quick clean if you need it…

I have been going to Car Spa for a number of years now because it is super close to my house. Two years ago I had taken off a ring that my mother gave me to put on lotion and forgot to put the ring back on before pulling through Car Spa. The ring was gone when I remembered to look for it later in the day. I couldn’t be 100% sure it was stolen so I did not say anything. Maybe it fell out or was vacuumed up by accident?
Today, I was removing all of my valuables to take inside with me but I left this old lottery scratch off card that had something minimal like $ 3.00 or free ticket and it was gone when I got back. I looked everywhere to be sure.
I called right away just to make sure management knew that they could have an employee problem. He wasn’t even listening to me completely as he was having a conversation with someone else. I asked him what I just said and he repeated back only a partial part of the conversation!
And to top it off… the back of the vehicle was never vacuumed which I paid for. I have never been completely satisfied with their cleaning but again… its close and affordable, especially with the 30% off coupon so I kept going. Like another person said «You get what you pay for». Today was my last Car Spa visit.

I was looking for a place to get my car washed today, my sister recommended this horrid place. Idk why. You clearly get what you pay for and so much more disappointment. My car is still covered in bugs and dirt. When my car was finished the guy asked me if I’d like air freshener, I said sure. The guy proceeded to spray the driver side floor then completely missed the passenger side and sprayed my center console. I wiped it immediately when I returned home and it LEFT A PERMANENT STAIN! I tried scrubbing it with Armaroll and everything to no avail. And for the cherry on top, it’s probably the worst smelling car freshener I’ve ever had to endure. IF YOU CARE FOR YOU CAR AT ALL, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE! I wish I saw all of this this before they ruined my car.

Heard good things about these places. The staff was unfriendly, i would ask a question and they seemed bothered or answered back like i was stupid or something. Paid an extra $ 10 for the dog hair removal and there is still a substantial amount of dog hair. Asked them to vacuum out the leaves in the bottom of the trunk where the spare tire is kept. The gentleman said he would ask the supervisor because it could «ruin» their vacuum. they washed my dash and everything but the cup holders. I will be contacting the management as i paid $ 90 and got a half assed job. I will never go here again and wouldn’t recommend this location.

Horrible. You get what you pay for. They ruined my rim, have it on video, and refuse to pay for it. (It’s 180) My wife came in at an angle in our week old van, (you pull it in yourself here unlike other car washes) and they told her «You’ll be fine. Pull ahead.» She heard a grinding noise, stopped and told them, where they said, «Pull forward. We’d lose our jobs if it ruined your car.» Well, she did, it scraped the whole side of the rim, (looks horrible) and they didn’t lose a job.” I went to talk to the managers about it, and although a day later they watched the video and admitted seeing her stop and talk to the guys, they denied that it could be there rails, even though it was clearly easy to see what happened. If you want your car messed up and stuff stolen out of your car, (other review) it looks like this is the place for you.

I left my change in the cup holder and after The car wash, I got in my car to leave and noticed my change was gone. When I spoke with the manager he proceeded to argue with me about the «dollar amount» left in the car. Nothing was done around the fact that one of his employees stole my money!

I have been coming to Car Spa for ages, and am always exceptionally satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff. I always give them a lot to work with with my filthy car, and Vince does an outstanding job every time. Clean cars are happy cars!

This place still confuses me. When we drove up, there was no clear direction on how to start the process. We talked to one of the workers, chose our package, and were directed to drive into one of the spots, but when we drove into the spot the same worker, less than 5 minutes later, seemed to have no memory of having spoken to us before. Another guy came up and told us he could fix the chip in our windshield, but he did not exactly seem confident about this fact. We went for it anyway once our insurance verified it would be covered without deductible, and it was fixed, but a lighter and some bottle of liquid had been left in our car, along with a cotton terry towel. So, free stuff, I guess.
The main beef is with the confidence/​competence of the first few people with whom we spoke. The results were great, and having the chip repaired gave us a $ 12 credit that made our gold package only cost $ 8, which also made me happy. The 15 – 20 minute quote that lasted close to 45 minutes was not cool, though, and takes it down a star or two.
So, the workmanship is good. Our car this morning looked brand spanking new, and they detailed the inside too, even treating our leather seats so that they’re soft and shiny, possibly even shinier than when it left the lot! But go expecting double the time quoted.

Pleasant staff and a nice clean waiting room with free wifi. Lots of snack options and even complimentary Starbucks Coffee. I came to do my emissions check and received a free wash with it for $ 20. This location is not as busy as the Marietta location, which I’ve been completely turned off by. This place also beats mr. Clean car wash.

Manager was very apologetic and they re-​washed the van and are going to try to replace the mat. If they can’t they’ll give me a few free platinum washes. If they follow through, I’ll bump up a star or two.
Going down to 1 star. No follow up, no repair or replacement. Will never go there again.

Polite staff, nice 48 hour rewash policy, good detailing inside, but outside wash missed quite a bit.

Girls were more worried about eating than vacuuming my car. I pulled up and no one seemed to care that I was there, then another car rolled in and took them first. Then they started vacuuming an entire diff vehicle that came in second after me. Just very bad management on staff today.

Might as well be called Car Spa Express because it is missing the gas station and oil change stations. Disappointing. What is left? Car wash and emissions.
I desperately needed my emissions done. Desperately. Headed here looking forward to a complete and comfortable Car Spa-​y experience, as I’ve been to the Marietta location many times and left happy.
However, it is just not comparable. The dude who first came up to my window was not the emissions guy but helped himself to looking at my tattoos on my arms and even my leg. By leaning over to look in my car. He is lucky I am not uptight.
The emissions guy came by and was much less inappropriate. He spoke to me professionally and carried out the emissions promptly.
I waited inside. The waiting room was clean but uneventful. I was happy to find out I was only paying $ 20 but the cashier didnt say a word and I didn’t get the $ 5 credit towards a car wash. I don’t care. I am over it. Next time, I will go back to Marietta.
