I cannot believe I never knew about this place. I have wasted so much money on ink at Staples it’s ridiculous. I paid about half what I would have paid elsewhere for my ink. I have had no problems with any of the ink cartridges I bought here, but I see someone else saying that suddenly the cartridges do not last as long as they used to so I guess we’ll see. But for now I’m happy. The employees are nice, the price is great.

I have been a customer for a number of years. But Today I was excommunicated by a manager.
Yes I did drop an F-bomb on the phone. But it was not directed at the person I was taking to. You see I was told the cartridge I was going to pick up today was not the $ 39 quoted to me — but $ 91 and would not be ready for 5 days.
I really needed it today.
I was a little upset at the manager who made the mistake.
So I am sorry to Mercedes for hearing the F-Bomb, I did not direct my anger and dismay at her. Nor did I even raise my voice.
On the other hand the Manager could have taken some responsibility «for his F-ing mistake» and not have the counter girl call me.
Now having repeated my self, I apologize if I have offended anyone else who may read this.

I have used them many times in the past however the last 4 cartridges have not lasted & with so little printing. Don’t know if the ink is evaporating while sitting idle but I WON’T GO BACK TO THESE GUYS. I will try others in the business but this place I have had terrible results lately. I am not even willing to return the cartridges knowing they will adjust because it’s happen too many times in the past. You lost me as a customer. Just not worth my time anymore.
