Firehouse Subs

No complaints with this location. It is a sub shop and there is a light to get in and out of the strip mall which is important in Atlanta

Great service here usually and one of my favorite subs. I like to get mine on wheat and add hot peppers. Also, love the captain sauce. They usually have a great selection of chips and receipts typically have a survey to fill out for a coupon. The parking lot is a little crammed. Salads are pretty large and delicious also.

Great location & close to my home. My favorite subs is the New York Steamer… really good. The staff was nice & customer service was impeccable.

After several months of hoping this joint got it together I returned the other day only to be disappointed by the service. Several employees were standing in the back room when I walked in. Nobody was in any rush to help me. The employees just seemed liked they didn’t want to be there. I can easily go to Publix or Subway which are both very close by to get a sub sammich.

This place is terrible. whoever is training these kids should be fired, who ever runs this place should just leave. We ordered 2 sandwiches (one being a combo), it took the person on the phone over 10 minutes to get the order right. then when I tried to make the payment over the phone, he passes the phone to some foreign lady that clearly doesn’t speak good English. Took her 5 minutes just to get the first 8 digits and I gave up and gave the card to my friend. She goes and gets the food, returns with NO chips or drink. Apparently they told her that’s all she needed. also got her sandwich completely wrong. So i called and ask that they bring us the corrected sandwich and the rest of our order. they agreed, and then called back and said the OWNER said he wouldn’t allow it (WOW). So then I said that’s fine just give me a refund. Apparently, NO ONE in the store knew how to do this, and when they said they got it I checked my bank account and they charged it 2 times.. unbelievable. will NEVER go back to this store again. not ever. Sad because I have an office full of hungry people, and we’re not even 2 minutes down the road.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the food is good. But with 7 visible employees it shouldn’t take 15 to 20 minutes to get your order. Other customers were becoming obviously frustrated at the wait time. I’m of the impression that the staff, most of whom appear pretty young, haven’t received the greatest training.

Everyone knows that Firehouse Subs is delicious… and this place just confirmed it! The customer service was great, the sandwich was great, and the location is perfect! Right down the street from my home! Love this place!
