I used this agency when I lived in Dunwoody– I never had any issues even though I had just basic no frills auto insurance. Which came in handy when my car broke down in 5 o’clock traffic on 285.

When you want to file a claim, they will not believe what you say. They also will not send an adjuster out to look at the damage. Why do you pay premiums if they won’t let you file a claim? The staff is rude and do not know what they are doing.

I had a very poor experience working with Glen Monroe. He and his agents provided no value in reviewing my insurance needs. He was not accessible and was unresponsive to my inquiries.
I agree with the other review. He made the transfer to another agency extremely difficult. I would work with another agency.
