Harley Davidson – Killer Creek

I was in Atlanta for a business trip and planned to see two (private sale) Harleys from Craigslist. While scanning Craigslist, I saw an ad for a ’14 Slim at Killer Creek. The price was on par with a private sale so I was suspicious as to whether the listed price was a mistake. Drove up to Roswell and met Melissa, the Sales Manager! She was truly amazing and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get over typical dealer fees (which is why I was looking at a private sale anyway). But, if I ever wanted to purchase from a dealer, and was in the Atlanta area, I would definitely give my business to Melissa at Killer Creek!

I have to say that this store is consistently great. I bought my Deluxe here and got a very fair deal. A few years ago I fad a flat on a Sunday and they stayed after hours to wait for my bike to be towed in. Had it fixed on Monday and i was done. Most recently I had both of my tires replaced. Ian did a great job of getting my tires done and also advising of some things to keep my eyes on. No high pressure, just good friendly service. I appreciate that.

I am not going to review many places of business that are retail type but this one deserves it. This is THE place to go to buy a Harley if you want a Harley! These people treat you like family not some bozo that is there to get money out of your pocket. They have ride demo’s which other companies do not and encourage you to ride until you find what you like. When it’s time to «make the deal» if you just tell them where you are at and what you want and can do, they’ll try to make it happen. Then after the sale, they care! They call, they are happy to see you when you come in to «murder out your bike» or just to say hi or come to one of their many exciting events.

Can’t recommend this place any higher. Unbelievably great customer service and always do their best to help the customer. Purchased my iron 883 from Mark Baker and he couldn’t have been any better. Came in on his day off to sell me the bike. Stuck with me even though it took me about 3 hours to run around and get required paper work. Mark is the man! So much better than Fraziers. Fraziers charges a lot more for maintenance and I’ve always felt as though I’m unwelcome there. Killer Creek treats you like family. Even though Fraziers is closer to me, I go to killer creek because they are so awesome. You want a harley? Come here! And talk to Mark Baker.

This story is too weird to be true– but yet, it is. I bought my brand new bike from them-​cash. But when they went to bring it back from the dealer in AL, they brought the wrong one. Then they messed up the VIN # and I couldn’t get my registration. I had pipes and intake upgraded and they forgot to season the finish and it rubbed off. They fought me on replacing them and finally after several weeks I got new heat shields. Then after the 1000 mile service the oil light came on during a trip. The lines needed bleeding and it was just an oversight when they serviced it. Then the new battery mysteriously died and they refused to replace it till the 3^rd time. During the 5000 miles service thru overfilled the oil and I needed to get a whole new tank. Now through all this, no one ever apologized, no one offered me any special consideration, they were ornery about picking up and dropping off, and they never followed up with calls as promised. I love my bike– I hate this dealer. The company must have too much business for their own good! Oh yeah I forgot, when I ordered the 2 up seat and sissy bar, the «chrome consultant» had no idea what the options were and read the catalog out loud to me. What a joke! God I hope the other Atl Harley dealers have a clue!

This dealership went out of their way when my motorcycles clutch like go on a Sunday afternoon well my dad and I were on a trip from Massachusetts to Florida. Ted in service and the technicians were awesome. Unbelievable customer service and they seem to stock a lot of parts. I would highly recommend anyone who needs service or a new bike to check out this dealership. I only wish I lived closer to them cuz I would have them working on my bike all the time. They even stayed open 20 minutes late to finish the job instead of making us get a hotel room and wait another day. Because they finish the job we were able to get an extra five or six hours in that day. Thank you again Elvis instead and I believe the technician was JJ. This dealership rules

I took my Bike here for service. They finished, I paid the bill and rode off. When I got to the end of their driveway to enter the street I engaged the brakes… And kept on rolling… No brakes!
I returned to service and was told that the brake failure was my expense. Well, I rode from Cumming with full functioning brakes. They refused to fix it unless I paid for it. Again, the brakes were fine when I arrived and only failed after they preformed the service. They never told me that they would fix it using the warranty until I reminded them that the Bike was still warranty protected.
I was told that the service would take 2 hrs. Six hrs. later I rode off without brakes. It took another ½ hr of needless discussion and silly false explanations before the Brakes were made operational.
I complained to Management «upstairs» with «I’ll look into it». I received a ingenuous apology — case closed. I have never returned.

If you want a Harley, go to killer creek. Brent, our salesman, was great. He was super friendly and did not pressure a sale. The dealership is always well stocked and the service is great. Highly recommended.

I bought my first ever bike from these guys. 2006 XL883C, limited edition paint, forward controls, sissy bar, luggage rack, and detachable windshield. They had the bike posted on their site but had loaned it out to a pawn shop to help generate business for it. When I drove over an hour to see it and they told me this, they said they would have it back on site the next weekend. When I came, test rode, and decide to buy, they knock a couple grand off the price for the inconvenience of me having to come back a second time to see and test ride.
Over the 5 years that I had that bike, they did all the work and improvements (V&H exhaust — was another clearance item they gave me for 50% off and dyno tuning) to my bike and I bought all of my accessories (grips, pegs, seat) from here. I would come by on a regular basis to see the staff who sold me my bike and for the Cruise n’ Blues events they had. Not to mention check out the showroom and see if I wanted to trade up.
Overall, a great shop and crew that I would buy another bike from again.

Greatest Harley store anywhere. I ride 35,000 miles a year and visit dealers from coast to coast. Killer Creek is the best.

@KillerCreekHD I purchased my first HD here in 2008. Professional sales and great service. I bought my 2014 V Rod from @KillerCreekHD. I’ll never go anywhere else. They are great. Thanks Gary you and @KillerCreekHD earn my business everyday by being professional and honest.

I am severely disappointed with KCHD. The sales experience in October 2014 was great purchasing my Ultra Classic. The problem is I expect great customer service after the sale. Brent and Elvis are good people to work and deal with. The issue is the dealer has bad policies in place when it comes to service. I had my 1k service done 6 days ago. I paid using a promo check that came in the mail for my Harley Visa card, 18mos no interest. The issue was USBank had a breach in security with false foreign transactions being billed to my card. I was sent a née card immediately. Along the same time, the promo checks were sent. I thought timing was perfect for the service. It appears the check was denied, since they were the old card number. No problem! If the dealer had called to let me know the check did not go through, I would have gladly paid the account with my new card (or any credit card over the phone for that matter). I got a call from a collection agency 2 days after the check was deposited. No call from KCHD. I thought another fraud had been made, possibly from within KCHD. They called three numbers, of which only was on my service record. This means KCHD gave them all of my numbers. There was no attempt to call me to correct this misunderstanding. Keep in mind I was trying to use low promo checks and earn triple points on my HD Visa account. After I was able to verify the debt was correct, I paid the collector. This cost me an additional 39.95 fee. As of the time of the post, the check was written 6 days ago. I was treated like trash when dealing with the debt collector. The only response from Elvis was the check monitoring agency was third party and they have no involvement in what they do. The problem is KCHD chose to use an agency that automatically paid the debt, kept their cash flow up and then contacts you over what could have easily been resolved with a simple phone call from the dealership. This was not a deliberate mistake! Poor company practices have made me an ex-​customer. I do not recommend shopping here to any one who reads this. There is no accountability in their business practices! It is absurd to find out two days after a check tries to deposit that it has already been sent to collections with no human interaction from the dealership. Poor customer service and does not meet best practices for customer service excellence!
