For more than 20 years, I have represented individuals who have sustained significant and life-​altering injuries as a result of the negligent acts of others. I represent and counsel individuals who have sustained significant and life-​altering injuries in car and truck accidents, in slip/​trip and falls on business and commercial premises and due to medical errors and negligence.

I also represent individuals who have suffered serious injuries in on-​the-​job accidents, in claims before the State Board of Workers Compensation.

History

Established in 1999.

I began practicing law in a 6 lawyer firm in my hometown, and became a partner there after only 2 years. My practice at that time included handling corporate and commercial litigation, assisting individuals in criminal defense matters (including a death penalty case where we successfully avoided the death penalty for the defendant), the representation of insurers and insureds in litigated matters and assisting individuals in personal injury claims. I was lead counsel in several prominent jury trials in my time there.

After 5 years there, I moved to Atlanta and started working with a personal injury/​workers compensation firm in Buckhead, where I handled all of the firms’ workers compensation trials/​hearings all over the state. In my 5 years there, I successfully handled countless trials for my clients, in counties all over the State.

In 1999, I set up my own practice, and moved to Roswell in 2003.
