I made an appointment to have one of our company’s iPad screens repaired, and dropped it off with Felipe at the Roswell, GA location. I told him that I would pay with company AMEX when I came to pick up the iPad after the repairs were done. It took a few extra days, which I was very patient about since it was supposed to be completed Thursday, 10⁄22. On Monday, 10/​26, when I came to pick up the iPad, Felipe told me they weren’t accepting AMEX payments. I had no other way to pay and absolutely needed the iPad that day for a new employee doing a client meeting with it. He wouldn’t let me take it and come back with a check. He acted like I was going to steal it and put the iPad in the back office. I was so close to calling the police. Anyway, I got a check cut several hours later and came AGAIN to pick it up and the manager there wanted to inspect the check to make sure it was real!!! I just walked out with the iPad because I was so frustrated. Because of all the setbacks at Cellaris that day, I had to drive to Cobb County, in the rain at rush hour to drop off the iPad to my co-​worker leaving on a business trip the next day… I live in Gwinnett county. What an inconvenience!!! Will never use them again or recommend them. If they aren’t set up to accept AMEX they can’t be legit.

So they repaired my very broken iPhone 5 screen and did it very quickly and was reasonably priced, but about 2 weeks later, my screen popped out of my phone on its own. Hopefully they have a guarantee policy because that’s pretty shoddy.

Shattered my iPhone screen, and had to get it replaced. I got this recommendation from a friend. Glad I came. They fixed it in an hour. It was not cheap, but not the worst price out there either. The man I dealt with was friendly. Tip: there is a Unilocal coupon $ 35 for $ 50. So I saved $ 15! I do like that they send you an email for your appointment reminder, and then again the day before I received a phone call to remind me of my appointment. All in all, it was a good experience.

Had an incredible experience at IdevicMD! Came in with an iphone 5c that was shattered and they fixed it… Unfortunately the actual frame of the phone was also bent and caused the replacement screen to crack again… I took the phone back and they fixed the phone, and threw in a case, warranty, and screen protector for the issues all in 20minutes time… IdeviceMD’s customer service, quality of repair, and servicing speed is unparalleled and I highly recommend their services!
