They are not smart… At all. They gave me 3 pancakes instead of 5. It says 5 on the menu! So I had to go back to get 2 more… I thought they were going to make them immediately. No. They made all other people’s order first THEN made mine. So waste of time

Ordered the Breakfast Sampler for take-out and once home, I was disappointed and annoyed to find that the sausage, ham, and pancakes were missing. How do you forget to add three food items to an order?

Warm expectations. Cold pancakes. Pretty much sums it up. I ordered the egg combo with the never ending pancakes. Eggs sunny side up. My eggs were scorched and overcooked, and my pancakes were flavorless and dry. The kitchen seemed in total chaos, and food was coming up, and then sitting in the window for a a while under the lamps. Terrible

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. The tables smell like mop water, the floors are dirty, and we have been sitting down for 20 minutes and no one has even come to take our order. This dump might as well shut down smh

Me and my hubby love to have breakfast for dinner and we had just played mini golf and that ihop was in the perfect location! The employees are extremely friendly especially our waitress, she was upbeat and happy despite there being complete chaos around her. The reason why I can’t give five stars is because management truly dropped the ball. Equip your kitchen with more than one cook on a Saturday night and give your employees a reason to come to work happy. Our poor waitress was apologizing to us repeatedly and, in th past being a waitress myself, people don’t tip well if there food comes out over 40 minutes late. Please management HIREANOTHERCOOK!

Awful!!! So slow, so unorganized, food cold. Took server 30 min to come see us, after waiting 30 min to be seated. 30 min for the wrong food to arrive cold. And a hour for a water refill… Awful.

It is a nice clean place. Food was good. My only issue was that we waited for 15 min before being seated. It was empty when we headed inside so I don’t get why we had to wait for 15 min. Our waitress was nice but she was not happy in the end when we asked for separate checks.

On Sunday, August 16th I was with a party of about 15 for a family gathering(Store 457). When we arrived the place was packed and we were told we would be seated in 20 minutes(it really took an hour). When we got seated our waitress Ana took our drink orders and that took about 20 minutes to get to us. I had to ask about the drinks. When we finally got the drinks we were told they were OUTOFORANGEJUICE… Really? A restaurant that specializes in breakfast out of the #1 breakfast beverage … Terrible! Fast forward… Ana took our order and it took an hour before we could get our food. Like I mentioned, when we first arrived the place was packed. We sat there and watched people come in and out until we were practically the only group in the restaurant and still NOFOOD on the table. It would have been nice if the manager(Terron) would have been professional enough to explain this to our group. Instead I had to get out my seat and go find the manager. When he notices me walking up he asked who food was sitting up on the counter for pick up. At that time all of the waiters were just standing up there looking at me like I was doing something wrong. That food had been up there for over 30 minutes because I was facing that direction and looking right at it. To add fuel to the fire the manager kept dodging me and going to the back not given an explanation until I demanded him to come to my table and explain to my family why we were still waiting on food. He tells us that«the cooks are in training» — I informed him that this is not my problem. IHOP is a well establish company and new staff issues should not be passed on the customer. In other words it should have been a seamless situation that the customer should not be aware of that problem. He did not apologize and instead was borderline argumentative with a paying customer. Because of his lack of professionalism I took it upon myself to end the conversation. When we finally got the food not only was it cold and unappealing, half of us were missing dishes or did not have a meal at all. Our bill totaled to about $ 200 and it had to be comped due to the manager’s lack of leadership. He did not try to resolved the situation instead he through Ana to the wolves. Although I felt Ana was not innocent in this she was still given a $ 23 tip. Especially since we saw her helping her colleagues bring out food and no one lifted a finger to assist her. This is a terrible manager!!! He cannot deal with conflict and lacks customer service and management skills. If he remains in management he is the one who needs the additional training and not the cooks or waiters. Like I mentioned the food was ready and one the counter for pick up. When he saw me come up to complain he should have gotten all of the staff that was standing around talking to help Ana bring the food out to us. In my option all the staff that was there needs to be trained on customer service. I have been a loyal fan of IHOP for too many years to count and this by far was the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. It would be great to hear back from someone in management. An email was sent to the General Manager.

Stopped in yesterday evening after a long car ride back into town looking to have an omelette. After the wife and I ordered our omelettes, 10 minutes later our waitress informed us that they couldn’t make omelettes. After reordering, we never received our turkey bacon after asking about it twice. I had to ask to have it removed from our bill. After asking the manager about the omelettes while paying our bill, she had an attitude and told us that her chef wasn’t capable of making«presentable omelettes.» Very poor customer service!!!

I went last night(8÷1÷15) around 10:30. First thing, they were out of lemons. I always get water with lemon. Who runs out of lemons?!? Apparently this store… Then I order some cheese sticks for my appetizer. It took 30 minutes to get them. Moving on to the entrée. I order the usual: Chicken Fried Steak, substitute red potatoes for the mashed potatoes. The meal comes out another 30 minutes later. I ask where the broccoli and bread is. He tells me I don’t get them because I substituted the red potatoes for the mashed potatoes. I get this every time and I’ve never been told that BS!

We come here a couple times a month for the Swedish pancakes with Lingonberries, which are pretty good. Coffee is usually very good, one of the few places I don’t have to sugar and cream the coffee to drink it. Typical IHOP, staff is friendly, could be cleaner. According to our server, Corporate just took over this store and they had a big shake up Friday, ran e-verify on the staff and 18(undocumented) were let go. I had noticed waitresses sitting in the booths eating and carrying on the last few visits and had the impression nobody’s in charge here, but that seems to have ended.

Weddings usually serve you what seems like a never ending amount of food. In this case, we did not have enough and we were HANGRY. It was definitely IHOP time. I didn’t even have to look at the menu to order Chicken and Waffles. Duh. I wish I remembered our poor server’s name, he was very friendly. A little slow on service but he made up for it with his courteousness. Those chicken and waffles were to die for. Much needed for my queasy beer and wine infused tummy. I prefer this cheaper version of chicken and waffles to the bourgeois version you find at hipster joints these days. Who needs Gladys Knight’s when you’ve got IHOP Chicken and Waffles?!(sorry but not sorry for the blasphemous statement).

I really do NOT recommend this location. First off their health score was 87. The dining room was not clean. As we first sat down I noticed a table full of dirty dishes, by the time we left over an hour later that same table was still dirty. No one ever made an effort to clear it. Then the service was friendly but so very SLOOOOOW. The place was mostly empty so I don’t know what the hold up was. The food was luke warm as well. I would have sent it back but it took such a long time to be served in the first place I didn’t want to be stuck waiting for another half hour. I will not return to this establishment for reasons of health and cleanliness as well as for not wanting to sit around waiting endlessly. The price wasn’t very good either. I was also charged full adult prices for my children’s drinks. He also served the kids drinks in a regular adult glass. I mentioned this at the register and they did not do a price adjustment.

Just like every other IHOP. Don’t go early Sunday afternoon. Everyone and their mama is here. It took 30 minutes for the two of us to be seated. And its loud, people talking over each other, babies crying, dishes banging. But it’s good for IHOP.

Just stop by IHOP with my wife and son. I was a long time since the last time we ate in an IHOP. We all were delighted with the taste of the food and service. Our waiter was great, always checking on us all the time. One thing i noticed is that, the portions where slightly bigger than others IHOPs I’ve visited. The place is very clean. The menus are shine bright, like if they had them just printed and clean. I had to use the bathroom and it was very clean too. Will look forward to return to this place.

I stopped by iHOP to treat myself to something for breakfast on the way to work. I has been a LONG time since I have eaten at an iHOP so i figured why not? I ended up getting the Double BLT sandwich with American Cheese. It was served with fries. This thing had six pieces of bacon, crisp lettuce and fresh tomatoes and the fries were thick, well seasoned and fresh. The cheese made the sandwich even better. This had to be the best BLT that I have ever had. the gentleman who took my order was very nice and helpful and had a great attitude. I will be back for that BLT again soon.

I’m one of those nuts who tries every kind of syrup on my pancakes. This may be a throw back to growing up in Brooklyn, where we didn’t have IHOP — but I’m livin’ in Georgia now, and if I go to IHOP2 or 3 times a year, I’m happy. Two eggs easy over, a couple of sausage links, two buckwheat pancakes … yeah, baby. The coffee is better(and cheaper) than Starbucks, and our waitress, Tiffany, was friendly, funny, and quick. Good lunch. Convenient location.(And btw, I think I like strawberry syrup the best.)
