Luka Cline – State Farm Insurance Agent

I switched over to Luka Cline State Farm Agency after I had a terrible experience with my Liberty Mutual representative. When I called to get a quote, my sales rep, Amy, was able to get all my information and get me a rate that saved me $ 150! I felt like she was looking out for me and what I really needed — they were able to get me a better insurance rate and even better financing on my car loan. I’m all about anyone that helps save me money. I got into a pretty bad car accident in December of 2014, two days before Christmas. I thought for sure it would take 3 weeks to even TALK to someone during the holidays. Again, I was pleasantly surprised when Luka’s agency contacted me immediately letting me know updates, what I needed to do with the claims department, and what timelines were in place. They didn’t blow me off or try to take advantage of me — I’d never filed a claim like that, so they were patient with me and explained the whole process in detail so I could get things resolved as quickly as possible. I received my check within 1 week of the original accident. ONE WEEK. When I got my new car, I called to update my insurance and it took less than 5 minutes. That’s incredible customer service in my book. I would recommend Luka Cline State Farm Agency to everyone I know!

We transferred a while ago from another insurance company/​broker just for our personal auto insurance. We have regretted it from day 1. When trying to get all information in we would talk to one girl… then when you would call her (the guy must have thought he hit hold button) but is asking the girl if he wants to talk to us or say that she was out of office… ummm…this is business for you. Then we start having billing issues. Call the office to see what is going on and we can’t talk to same person so we have to go into detail each time to catch someone new up to speed about what is happening. Then we added comprehensive to to 2 cars and full coverage on one of our vehicles… this person we thought was helpful, but when 4 months later we needed to make a windshield claim they said we didn’t have it on that car. I forwarded them emails I had with their rep getting it set and they said sorry that coverage was not on that policy. We stayed with State Farm but switched to a smaller business where it is only a couple people in office where when we call we can keep dealing with the same person who is familiar with our account and our needs and has helped us get best coverage for us. The couple times she is not in the office we deal with the owner of this company. Couldn’t be happier. The only concern we have received from Luka Clines office was when we called asking to switch our policy to another company.

This was our first experience using State Farm, and I thought it would be really good! They have good commercials, so I thought that was an indication of their service. Lol… I think not!!! This place has been terrible from the get go. We signed up right when we moved to Atlanta and all seemed ok initially. After a few months there were all types of billing issues-​we were on automatic draft but we were getting cancellation notices due to non payment. This did not happen one month, but multiple months. When we would try and call we would leave multiple messages, only to have our call returned days later. We tried to transfer to a Buckhead office, but were told that they could not locate us in the system… WHAT? So, we had to stay with this office. Most recently we found out our renter’s insurance was cancelled… REALLY??? Hubby called in and they told him we now had to pay $ 45 fee in order to get a renter’s policy. Again… WHAT? Where did this come from? Why? He asked the questions, but they had no answers. We also were never sent updated insurance cards after the others expired-​that took 3 phone calls to finally get those emailed. We will now be taking our business to Geico and will be paying less each month.
