We are a barbecue catering company offering superior quality, wood fire pit-cooked barbecue as well as traditional heart crafted sides. By appointment only for consultation Tuesday through Thursday and open on weekends for delivery or events with 48hour notice. Our specialties include barbecued beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork, and chicken. We cook with a real wood fired offset Texas style barrel smoker that can accommodate parties up to 200 or more.

Brian K.
Business Owner
Brian is from the Carolinas and has always loved the smell of meat cooking on the pit. After 16 years in the wine business, he decided to start selling barbecue due to inspiration and demand from his friends and family. Although pork reigns king in the Southern States, Brian also loves to barbecue beef. Meating Street BBQ is Brian’s passion and ambition and he’s always improving recipes.
