I’m a naturopath, board-​certified by the American Naturopathic Certification Board with over 37 years (I know, right?) of health experience under my belt, including exercise science studies with Kenneth Cooper’s Aerobic Institute and Brigham Young University.

I hold a nutrition certification from American Health Science University, have completed my Naturopathic degree from Trinity School of Natural Medicine as well as advanced training in Biological Medicine with Dr Thomas Rau (medical director of Switzerland’s Paracelsus Clinic), NAET allergy elimination with Dr Devi Nambudripad, and homeopathic hormone rejuvenation with the California College of Natural Medicine.

But in my heart?

I’m just a gal with a serious passion (and gift, if I may say so myself) for wellness, and helping people stop living half lives due to health issues. I’ve seen naturopathic healing do a complete 180 for our client’s lives.
