I cannot say enough good things about Deborah Reed and the Reed Insurance Group. I am the Office Manager at The Szikman Dental Group, a 2-​dentist 4-​hygienist general dental practice, and I’ve worked at this practice for 25 years. From 1991 to 2013, we were covered under the Georgia Dental Association’s umbrella medical coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. It was decent insurance, but it went up and up and up until eventually, it was cost-​prohibitive for a lot of our staff members. My former supervisor Linda put us in contact with Deborah Reed, who shopped around for competitive rates for a group medical plan for our office. She found an excellent plan through Humana, and has followed through every year since 2013 with updating our plan, making sure we were paying the lowest rates with the best coverage, and staying available for questions if we needed it. My husband’s company dropped their group medical insurance in 2014 in light of the Affordable Care Act, and Deborah was able to assist me in finding a plan for him that didn’t bankrupt us. His company realized two years later that they really needed to carry group medical, so we were able to get off the supposedly «affordable» medical insurance we were paying on our own and get him back on an employer-​sponsored plan. But I would not hesitate to employ Deborah’s assistance again if I needed it. We are so blessed to have her help at our office! In addition to the fact that she does all the legwork for you, she’s highly competent at what she does, incredibly intelligent, very personable, and just a joy, pleasure and delight to work with. Reed Insurance Group is top notch!
