The management here is very greedy and rude. Definitely do not recommend for box rental.

Terrible customer service. My husband had to ship a box using his employer’s UPS account. He was told they couldn’t do that at the store, even though we have both shipped with UPS accounts at a UPS Store before. They sent him to a «hub» where he waited for 30 minutes and then was told it would be another 30 minutes until they could get to him (upon which the drop off time would have passed). Terrible, terrible service.
