Been with StateFarm over 40 years, much of that time up north, but never have had such a terrible experience with a careless not caring no folliw up staff than with the offices here in Roswell. We are so dissatisfied with this agent team that we are strongly considering moving our business elsewhere and leaving StateFarm, after 40 years.
No creative ways to help economize your costs they simply want your credit cards for payments and over payments that are not agreed to.
Hope Bloomington Corporate is happy! BUT THIS A TERRIBLE AGENT OFFICE.
After looking at other Unilocal references for StateFarm agents in the area, majority if them have negative ratings. THERE ARE SOME SERIOUS CUSTOMER SAT ISSUES WITH STATEFARM AGENTS HERE IN THE ATLANTA AREA! MY TAKE IS STATEFARM HAS BECOME TO BIG, TO BIG FOR ITS OWN GOOD. LOUSY AGENTS, LOUSY STAFF AND EXTREMELY LOUSY LAZY CALL CENTER STAFF.
