In recent years we have won numerous service awards such as Representative Excellence (4 times) and Best of the Best from Travel Impressions (5 years in a row). Our agents have also won many individual awards from clients such as: Employee of the Month, Chairman’s Award, President’s Circle, etc. What makes us the most proud is our rate of client retention and close partnerships with our clients.

Cruise Specialist and European Specialist

I am a 40+ year travel expert holding the important CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) degree. My thesis — CRUISING! I have visited over 75 countries on six continents, some by land and some by sea. I cruised both rivers and oceans all over the world on large ships and small ships. With river cruises, you can travel the highways of Europe and Russia!

I have inspected many ships and personally know executives of a great number of cruise lines — as well as managers and concierges of hotels worldwide. I hold DS (Destination Specialist) status for Europe and Caribbean plus other courses for a variety of destinations and ocean and river cruise lines.

My strengths: experience, courtesy, knowledge, attention to detail and going well beyond the expected.
