My review is going to sound made up because of how perfect my experience was. The staff is very friendly. I have used them about 2 years ago before and I remember how friendly and helpful they were even back then. I am not sure if they just hire people with excellent customer service skills or they train them but they do a great job!
Timing was great. When I called in the evening a few years ago they were upfront about their schedule and arrived on time. However this time they were lightning fast quick. Once again I am very impressed.
And their prices. They are great. Even for my dump truck the price was unheard of. I have used AAA with my little caliber and they have charged more. This place has all my towing service.

I’ve never needed a tow truck service before but my car was having battery issues, wouldn’t start, and I didn’t know what to do. I took a chance and found this company via a google search. They were super helpful on the phone and showed up at my house in under 10 minutes! The driver was a former mechanic and extremely knowledgeable about my car’s issue. He was able to get my car jump started in about 5 minutes. He also offered advice on potential next steps. Before he left, he made sure that I was able to drive my car away. Great customer service! Should I ever need a tow or repair in the future, I will definitely call them.

Staff is very professional and upfront.
We were quite stuck and needed assistance, they provide fast service — too notch!
