Dr. Richard K.

Business Owner

Dr. Kortan (Rick) grew up in Crystal Lake, IL. He attended Crystal Lake South High School and graduated in 1983. He was accepted to Knox College with plans to pursue a career in the medical field. Dr. Kortan graduated in 1987 Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelors degree majoring in Chemistry and Music.

Upon being accepted to the National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Kortan completed a five year course of study which earned him a degree as Doctor of Chiropractic.

In 1992, Dr. Kortan was granted a license by the state of Illinois to practice as a Licensed Chiropractic Physician.

Rick and Pam Kortan have been happily married for 20 years and have two children, Ashley and Matthew.
