Where do I begin, this man Greg gets jobs buy low bidding to get in your home. Pretends to be knowledgeable about carpentry. After convincing us to give him 50% up front.(which did not include materials) Fact is he does not know what he is doing. He tried to install to install laminate flooring. He butchered all cuts on floor. Had uneven gaps at every end. Ruined so many pieces we had to by more flooring even though we purchased more than enough. After calling new contractor to fix flooring, we find that it all has to be redone. A two day job has turned into a nightmare. Never even returned to finish job. Never hire this man for any home improvements. Does not know what he is doing. Dan

Absolutely a terrible job of installation and the painting is even worse. Greg is also untrustworthy. Even though he was paid in cash he went ahead and cashed my personal check fraudulently. Don’t be duped by his website for all he is a a laborer masking as a skilled worker. I have pictures and will gladly share them with as well as answer any questions you may have.

After searching in the area for a company to do hardwood flooring and some drywall for us we came across Alliance Maintenance. Greg the owner came by and met with us to take a look at what we needed done. He was really helpful in giving us some ideas. He gave us a detailed quote on what he could offer. We got a couple of other bids that were pretty close in price. We decided to use Alliance Maintenance and were very happy with the results. They are very professional and the work was completed on time, at the quoted price. The workers arrived on time each day and stayed on the job until it was completed. We were very pleased with the professionalism of Greg and the final outcome of the work. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
