History
Established in 2012.
We have profitably managed our own real estate portfolio since 2003. It was a learning process but as a result I know how to keep tenants happy, keep repair and holding costs down, and make a yearly profit for the owner.
After meeting more and more real estate investors and learning how poorly some other management companies ran things, I realized I could do a better job.
Realizing that there was something people would pay me for that I both enjoy and am already doing, it was an obvious next step to my offer my services to them.
