I’ve been with these guys for a few months, and they’re fine. Don’t ever change your policy, though, because they cannot keep up. See below:
EDIT 9.1.15: I’ve called about 6 times to adjust my plan and the rate is still wrong. They kept reassuring me that it would be the correct price by the time they charged me, but they ended up charging me double. They’re fixing it now, but I called at least 6 times before this and it was NOT fixed. Easily avoidable.
EDIT 9.14.15: They charged me $ 124 when I should have been charged $ 62, and only credited my account $ 20. I’ve called them so many times in the past month and a half and none of my issues ever get resolved. I guess it’s my fault for changing my policy but they need to get it together or they’re going to start losing customers.
