We called looking for a charger for our VOIP phone, they could not find one. We opted instead to get a new phone. When we got it back it didn’t work. He sent a tech and then came himself to see what the issue was. He spent well over an hour and did not charge me. In the end and after much more searching, he found the hard to get charger for our VOIP phone. Even though we had written a check for a phone, he gave us the check back and only charged us for a much cheaper charger. It was not about the money, it was about service. These guys will be the ones we call when we have any more VOIP or PC repair needs.
