Needs a new florist. For an HEB to have a poor selection of flowers is surprising, I was very disappointed.

I bought flowers Friday morning and at 5 am Sunday they are already wilted. Once before I complained to the manager that all their flowers were wilting. He just smiled. I asked why other HEBs were not like this and he didn’t know. They need to close their flower shop, because the flowers are a rip off. Never ever buy flowers there.

H.E.B sooo good always have great food. H.E.B is my go to place to get my groceries. They always have coupons and fresh fruits and vegetables. Also their strawberry cheesecake is so delicious. You need to try it you won’t be disappointed.

Love this HEB! We go out of our way (passing 2 HEBs) to go to this one. Plus, they give plastic bag!

I’ve been meaning to review this HEB for a long time. By far this store is the best grocery store… ever! We are about to move to the other side of Round Rock and I intend on continuing to shop at this store exclusively. I prepare all of our meals with fresh foods, down to cooking our own soups, so I have to shop usually 2 to 3 times a week for the perishables. The produce team, sushi, bakery team, deli, fish mongers, grocery manager… all top notch. Here are some examples:
1. We special ordered 48 cupcakes in very specific colors for our daughter’s 1 year birthday party. I dropped a couple packs in the parking lot and rushed back in where they immediately mixed up some airbrush colors and made me two dozen new cupcakes, free of charge.
2. The fish mongers do all sorts of special cuts for us.
3. The deli staff remember what I like and joke with me when I order the horseradish cheddar, which one of the deli guys doesn’t like.
4. The produce manager has gone back with a piece of fruit to wash it, put gloves on, and cut a piece of it for my toddler to try.
5. One of the manager’s bought my child a balloon while we shopped.
Yes, the parking lot is always full… no big deal. I’m always able to find a spot with a 1.5 year old kid in tow… not a big deal. We don’t even go to Central Market or Whole Foods for anything anymore. I have asked the managers at this store to get me something special and they have ordered it everytime, and fast! Thank you HEB team!

I drive to this HEB, when I have two which are even closer just for their service, produce and health isle. Cashiers are ALWAYS friendly, staff is always helpful. I enjoy this HEB.

Since moving back to Austin HEB is the only grocery store I shop at. I noticed the grocery items they carry are different depending what part of the city you live in. This one is really nice, always clean and Carrys a bunch of heathy style food. They have a very small selection on junk food, as far as cookies etc. Which is fine for me. Don’t go grocery shopping after the 5pm rush Monday-​Friday because they shelf become empty because of the rush. If you beat the rush you have the best selection. I grocery shop there at least 3 – 5 times a week. I only buy a little bit at a time being that I am only cooking for myself. I also enjoy the scenery

This location never had enough help!!! The parking lot has a smell b/​c the grass they and i asked for helped out to the car once and it took forever and the girl was not at all happy about it
Today’s January 12 and I needed to update my review again I have to come to this location because it is close to the house so I only come based on location only yet again they yet to surprise me with disappointment. I’m cashing out with the baby in my arms and I get less but friendly service at the checkout center. I would highly suggest to the management to coach all cashiers on how to be user-​friendly towards family oriented people. I’m assuming this location deals with high traffic of business oriented people only due to the fact they are right across the street from Dell campuses. Therefore leaving the cashiers not familiar with how to handle family oriented people. However I will give credit to a lady who I assume was in the stocking area who did offer a basket and was quite friendly and offering services to me.

My bf and I come here all the time. People working here are nice and helpful, especially sampling staffs. They made our shopping experience smooth and pleasant.

I circling the parking lot for 10 minutes and I’m now leaving I hit the store because of the parking situation I don’t have enough handicap spots and they never have enough regular parking spot

Dude I love this HEB, my HEB. Fast, Friendly, and Convenient. My gf and I live across the street and have to stop by everyday. Best location out there son!

This review is only for the deli… Specifically the cheese at the deli. They have a large selection of cheeses to choose from that have some spice to them and I appreciate that. Love the 3 pepper Boars Head. There’s also havarti with peppers or jalapeño muenster cheese. And other flavors have been had here as well such as hatch or pesto cheeses. Oh, I like the HEB mozzarella more than the BH. Cheese is always packaged well (not all shingled together, 2 per sheet as it should be!) and reasonably priced. Wait times haven’t been too bad during peak times and they will let ya sample anything if you ask.

This HEB is really clean and has a ton of options. This HEB also has a really good flower selection. I usually get flowers for $ 4 that last 1 to 2 weeks because they are so fresh. There’s a pharmacy here and red box machines.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. I’ve long been a fan of HEB, but this place is the best. The pharmacy personnel know me and I always receive good service. The food is always fresh and the store is always clean in spite of how many people shop there.

My review is strictly on this location OPENING ON TIME. I have contacted corporate few times, had manager contact me. NOTHING CHANGES. Opening time is 6am, it never opens at 6am which is bad for me, i have to be at work at 7am in westlake
So if you are on a time crunch go somewhere else.
This location 6am seems to be a suggested time

I never thought I would write a review for a grocery store since they are all pretty much the same, but the guy in the seafood market WOWed me. He was so knowledgeable, gave me tips and suggestions. Very friendly, asked permission to offer his knowledge. It was amazing, I’ve never had customer service like that in a grocery store, so much so I am going to go back there today and offer him a Job. Everything else is same ol same ol, but wow, he really should be running his own store. Lines aren’t too long here, move quickly. Store is clean and products are easy to find. They were outta Topo Chico :(.

This HEB is one of my favorites. It’s new so of course very nice and clean.
It’s modern and has all the fun things you expect in a new store and in an HEB. Cute pastry items, fresh bakery bread, tons of produce, huge meat selection (that’s what she said. ba dum cheeee), variety of frozen items, fresh flowers, self check out option, freshly rolled sushi, small toy and kids section, and of course all the prepackaged foods in the center aisles. There is even an electronics section in the front on the opposite side of the store from the produce section.
I love how big this store is and that they have quick check outs near each of the far entrance/​exits so if you just were picking up a couple things, you can check out and head straight outside.
There’s plenty of parking and there are gas pumps at this HEB store location.
This is my go-​to for groceries when I’m in Austin.

I’m going to say this about five times in my reviews of places in Texas. BIG!!! Everything really is big. Even my hair got bigger when I tried to straighten it. This store is huge, but it isn’t very nice. There are tons of the same items, but the selection isn’t great. I found most of what I needed, but it wasn’t easy to find vegetarian items.

This is a pretty nice H-​E-​B. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the convenience of how close it is to our apartment complex.
