Dr. Naples and his staff were extremely informative during my 13 year old sons consultation. He was extremely nervous and they recognized it and explained everything to him directly so he could understand the complete process. Dr. Naples is very personable and has a great sense of humor and made us feel like he connected with my son. We are happy with the choice we made selecting him for his exposure and extractions.

I was impressed with Dr. Naples and his entire staff. Office staff was very friendly and helpful when calling to make appointment, going over paperwork and billing. Dr. Naples and is assistant are very knowledgeable and explain procedures well.

Dr. Naples and his office are THE BEST !! I cannot thank them enough for the care they provided for me. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted only 11 days ago and I’m already feeling great again, already off all pain meds. I had zero swelling, zero bruising, and only a decent amount of pain that Ibuprofen 800 kept pretty well in check by itself.
I was SO nervous to have the surgery done, I had put it off for so long until one of the wisdom teeth had a giant crater in it and it was time to go. The staff there is absolutely wonderful, they make you feel like a star patient! They made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions and reassured me a million times that I would be just fine. And I was! It was my first time having an IV (I hate needles; this stick was flawless) and my first time going under anesthesia. Basically I was anxious about the whole experience in general. Then I blinked, and I was done! I felt like I really couldn’t thank them enough for taking such great care of me. Dr Naples is so nice and funny, and very knowledgeable. His bedside manner is perfect and he really took the time to sit and talk with me after I told him how nervous I was. They even worked my surgery into a busy schedule 2 days later so I could come while my Dr (aka boss) was out of town. I wish he could be my regular dentist! Thanks again guys. So glad my Dr recommended him.

This a very professional operation. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had oral surgery that couldn’t have gone smoother. I had NO swelling, pain or side effects. A great experience. Dr. Naples has an extremely professional aire. My experience found an amazing surgeon. As he visits with you about your surgery, you become confident he KNOWS exactly what he”s gong to do and that it will be accomplished flawlessly. When it comes to getting something done right, don’t let money make decisions for you. You get what you pay for. I lost NO time from work and had no hassles with recovery. That’s worth a lot to busy professionals
As a side note. His wife has done an amazing job decorating the lobby. It’s beautiful and inviting. I give Dr. Naples the highest recommendation !

I recently had to have a pretty invasive oral surgery that I was nervous and anxious about. Dr. Naples and his staff were wonderful and did an excellent job making me feel very comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Naples is very knowledgeable and gentle in his approach and I felt that I could really trust his expertise. They have been flexible with schedules and answering any questions I have had post surgery. I highly recommend them and would trust Dr. Naples with any member of my family.

This place charged me $ 90 just to look at my teeth and then failed me to inform me that my insurance was out of network. I think they planned on waiting after I paid them to tell me that. I knew the price they gave me was a bit higher then expected so I did some research and found out that place was not in my network. They only want your money.

My child was seen at Round Rock ER last night. Due to her injuries, she was in need of an oral maxillofacial surgeon. The ER attending paged Dr Naples to come in, but he refused to come to the ER. These doctors get pain to take call. Very inappropriate of him not to come in when called — says a lot about his morals and values. I would not recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Naples by the round rock medical center er after I was hit by a car while riding my bike. Dr. Naples has a fantastic staff who were all very caring and patient from the front desk admissions ladies to Erin, the wonderful person who take my x-​rays and went over my care in detail. Dr. Naples came in for a thorough exam and discussed all my questions with me. I could not have had a better experience. I can’t recommend these folks enough.

Just had my wisdom teeth removed here… It was as good of an experience as it could get I guess.
Really nice staff, explained my issues and options really well, and took their time with me. Had some great scanning equipment that showed my whole face and teeth in 3D, so we could look at the situation and plan for removal.
Gave me some good meds and don’t remember anything from the surgery, but followed up with me well and all is good now. (Still healing.)
Certainly have and would recommend them.
It’s a great place to go for an unpleasant activity… 8-)
