Window cleaning was average at best. Inside surfaces of several windows that I looked at had streaks from cleaning and visible haze.
Power washing of front porch area was overpriced and inadequate, I’ll end up redoing that myself. The front porch is aprox 15′ long x 6′ wide. I asked that the «whole area» be power washed as I was cutting wood on that porch and cutting tile nearby and there was saw dust in the windowsills, dirt on the concrete, spider webs in the window sills and ceiling and dirt dobbers on the brick. My receipt says «power wash» «front porch» «$ 50». The tech only washed the concrete and the ceiling with the power washer, and manually washed the windows, overlooking the fact there was sawdust and spider webs all in the window sill that my wife had to clean by hand. Like I said, I’ll end up redoing the porch myself. I was not there to baby sit this contractor, clearly i needed to be.
Received a call back, was informed that there’d be an extra service charge to clean the brick. No thanks. I paid for that already. you cleaned the concrete, ceiling, windows, but left the 15′ linear feet on the porch of brick and windowsills filthy. Who does that? I know, a company that’s only concerned about profit, not quality.
Not the best $ 350 I’ve ever spent on this type of service. I’ll be the last time I fork over that kind of money for the work provided.

Overall the two guys who came to our house did a fantastic job. Abel and his co-​worker were friendly and very respectful of the items inside our house. They were careful when moving ladders around inside and out and didn’t impact the house in any way. The windows cleaned look great and we can see outside again! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that after they left I realized they missed the outside of two windows. They could have been a little more thorough. But, good job overall. I’d definitely use them again. The $ 179 special for 30 windows is a great price. Plus, he mentioned to me a special where you can get on a regular cleaning plan that is even less.

Not a happy camper… received a coupon for window cleaning in the mail. The price was good and the company appeared professional. I called left a message and they called back to discuss the service, price, etc and set an appointment.
Long story short. They never showed up for the appointment so I called after an hour to ask what was going on and they didn’t seem to know. Said they would find out where their tech was and would call me back. It’s now 5 PM and they didn’t call back. I called them and left a message to please verify if they would be there tomorrow (TODAY). Did not hear back. Called multiple times this morning and only got leave a message. Have not heard back
I don’t get the fact that they advertised for my business, made an appointment, sort of followed up once and never called back.

Just heard back from the company to let me know they got my negative review. I would have preferred that they return my calls sooner rather than wait to see me post a negative review. Silly consumer :-)

I found a Morgan’s Deal coupon and called. He was on time and a very short while later my windows, formerly covered in four year’s worth of grime, are sparkling clean. I’m glad I spotted that coupon. Unlike another reviewer my invoice didn’t say anything about a tip and I feel kinda awful now that I didn’t think about it because he was super nice and did a great job.

Terrific service. Enrique called ahead to let me know exact arrival time and was courteous and efficient. I wasn’t sure if my number of windows was covered in the Morgan’s Deal, but he did them all anyway. Very happy and will call them again.
