So happy I switched to these guys! The tech who came out was clean, polite and well mannered. He even arrived on time at 8AM on a Saturday!
Also, their web site was one of the most advanced I have ever experienced. Was able to virtually sign up for service and esign my docs. Happy Happy!!!

Tyson’s team has been servicing our home for more than a year now.
He is patient and his team is prompt. I love that they offer free re-​services between your scheduled visits because the minute I see an adult roach or two, he gets an email begging for him to send someone out and someone usually comes over to take care of it within a day or two.
The price is a little steeper than his competition, but you get what you pay for. Having an insect free home is very important to me and I am happy to pay the premium for the best in the business.

Tyson & his team with Stride Pest Control are literally the nicest people & provide the BEST service!!! We had other services in the past. However, we still continued to see bugs. We also had a rodent issue in the back yard, under our deck. It was like «Caddy Shack.» No matter what we did… this little pest wouldn’t leave. The first time Tyson came to our home. He not only took the time to talk to me about some of the issues we had, he spent a few extra minutes with my disabled sister. She has 2 small dogs, who are her babies. She wanted to make sure what he was using was safe for her fur babies. Most people are a little nervous around her & don’t really converse with her. Not Tyson, he engaged with her. Answered all of her questions. Made her & her concerns important. That little bit of extra time he took made a HUGE difference to me. We have no more bugs. And our little house guest… that wouldn’t leave… is now gone. THANK YOU Stride Pest Control for going WAY above & beyond.

I should’ve written this update a long time ago. If I could give Stride 10 stars I would. Their customer service is outstanding. We’ve been using them for over a year now and I’m elated with their service. What company do you know that will reply to your text on a holiday weekend when they are closed. Stride did! They even moved things around on their schedule to accommodate my needs. I tell everyone I can about this company!!!

So far have had a pretty positive experience with these guys. When I called initially to set up an appointment, phone was answered by the owner. He was super nice and helpful. He found a tech that could come out same day, as I had a newborn and a fairly troublesome ant problem. We ended up having a small miscommunication about the tech’s arrival time, but he was really great in contacting me to fix it.
Since the initial treatment, we’ve had one follow-​up visit and no ants since. I signed up for the year long service and hope to continue being a happy customer!

I developed carpenter ants so I did a search for pest control Round Rock. I try to stay away from larger companies and Stride came up with good reviews with friendly, knowledgeable service. Alex came to my house two days later and did what I feel was an excellent job. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have tried several pest-​control companies over the past 10 years, including well-​known and others that have been bought out by Terminex, and I have not been amazed by any of them. Over the past 2 years, we have been very pleased with this small, but local company. We have worked them hard, but the bugs have disappeared, and we have never gotten any attitude on the phone or in person when we call with questions, etc. They are committed to surviving as a local business here in Central Texas and so we won’t be forced into another Terminex arrangement. We would highly recommend. They are lesser known, but quality. Even when we moved houses, they treated both properties and our transition was so smooth. Glad we got our «Stride.»

Stride is AMAZING! I had a tenacious ant problem, and the pest control company that I previously hired was unable to eliminate the problem for over 10 months. After several sprays and even some bait, the ants were still present and even increased in number over the 10 months. Out of frustration, especially because I had an infant at home, I called Stride after reading the Unilocal reviews. Tyson was so generous and knowledgeable on the phone. When he came to my house, he was very thorough and actually took time to try and find where the ants were coming from. The sheer amount of time he spent evaluating the situation was impressive. After spraying and leaving bait in many spots, my ant problem has finally been cured! He even made a courtesy call 2 weeks after the treatment to follow up.
I never got such wonderful customer service with my old pest control company. They never took time to check where the ants could be coming from, whereas Tyson did. They never got up to look around at the skylight in my bathroom as a potential entry point, or looked around for any entry points for that matter, whereas Tyson did. They never educated me on ant behavior, whereas Tyson did. They never called to follow up on the problem, whereas Tyson did.
My house is ant free because of Stride Pest Control and Tyson. I switched my quarterly service to Stride, and I am so glad I found a company with spectacular customer service, impeccable work ethic, and incredible attention to detail. I recommend Stride to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy pest control company. They will make your house pest free, guaranteed!

We started services with Tyson and Stride summer of 2013 after a sugar ant problem we couldn’t handle with DIY methods. Tyson came out and treated our property, and we never had any problems from that point. We continued to use Stride until we moved in Nov 2014. Each visit consisted of treating the exterior, surveying the property for any usual «bug activity», and knocking down wasp nests/​spider webs around the property.
During the initial visit, Tyson was very personable and answered my «nerdy» questions about the chemicals, their effectiveness, etc. Overall, extremely happy with Stride: competitive prices, fantastic customer support and effective treatment.
I wanted to point out a few things Tyson has done to go above and beyond what I feel a regular pest control company would do:
— Gave me a great technical explanation on chemicals used, how they are effective, their safety, and other background (I asked, he was happy to explain)
— As we were selling our house, Tyson and I discussed our Termite Inspection report and it’s findings (no significant findings).
— During the last treatment before our move, Tyson took extra care to make note about any termite issues for the future owners (there were none)
— Tyson provided a referral for a reputable pest control company in the area we were moving
— Provided a referral for a handy-​man service, per my request

I spoke to Tyson about getting my home treated, and he was very friendly and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I scheduled the treatment on a Saturday, and Daniel the technician was on time, professional, courteous, thorough and also very friendly. He gave me a call 30 minutes before showing up and spent almost an hour treating my house inside and out. He wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean, and even cleared out those pesky cobwebs in the corners.
I would highly recommend using Stride to anyone looking for a professional pest control service in the Austin area. I haven’t seen any activity in my home since the treatment almost a month ago. Support your local businesses and use Stride, you won’t regret it!

I still can not say enough good things about Tyson and his company. The peace of mind of having a great bug company at your finger tips is priceless to someone like me that can not stand critters and crawly things. His prices are way more than reasonable. He is beyond reliable. He always comes and does exactly what he says he will do. He was the only company that could completely eliminate our rodent issue.
