A German/​American Family Resort Located in the Scenic Catskill Mountains

The minute you drive up the road, you will notice the gorgeous grounds with luscious flower beds wherever you look. After a day enjoying our beautiful grounds and many recreational activities, enjoy a delicious family style dinner in our 2 story air conditioned dining room, with adjoining bar where we have entertainment 7 nights a week. Included in our many recreational activities is an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. Also located on the premises is Nussy’s Bier Garten, an outdoor bar and grill where there is frequently live entertainment.

History

Established in 1932.

Riedlbauer’s Resort was established in the 1930’s and was family run as a boarding house. It was a prime destination of its time. In 1978, the Nussbaumer Family bought the business and has been running it ever since. Many renovations and updates have followed while trying to remain with the German charm.

Business Owner

Henry and Ursula are the patriarch and matriarch of the Family. Their dream to successfully run this beautiful resort and welcome all guests as Family. Peter, their son, has continued with this tradition and then some. By keeping up with the times of the modern world and keeping German Traditions Alive. As soon as guests arrive, they are greeted by someone in the family and we get acquainted quickly. Guests become part of the Riedlbauer’s Family very quickly. Be our Guest!
