Uncomfortable with the «technician» who is probably the owner’s wife touching my car in her street clothes, trying not to get her hands dirty. WTF! I had been coming here mostly because of the convenience factor and cheap price. Just remember, you get what you pay for.
Now on the most recent visit, I notice an extra two dollar charge, I know it’s just two bucks but hey it’s the principle. I asked the owner and he goes all crazy on me and says, «don’t ever come back, you never ask before, why you ask now!» Double WTF?!@#$% Safe to say, we aren’t going back. It was really weird because the owner is usually pretty cordial. Just don’t ever question the bill!

First time trying this place, friendly and clean. Owner has over 20 years of dealership experience. Very happy with work, would recommend.

Came in 11:25am (was told it would only take 30 minutes)
— Told me the price after they started even though I asked for it prior to them pulling in my car
— $ 93 total for full synthetic oil
— rather than checking the air filter for me, they had to ask when it was last checked
Finished at 12:20
I’m not sure if i’d come back to this place. All other places I’ve been to have checked all the other regular maintenance details (air filter, tires, etc) and would show me what I should or needed to get done rather than asking me when it was last checked.
