Completely agree with the previous review… horrible customer service.
They do have a big selection of baby products and the location for me is ideal… HOWEVER…The ladies who work at the front are really really rude and unfriendly. If u do not speak Chinese, they don’t even look at u or engage in any questions u ask. No smiles, no friendly welcomes or thank you’s. The comotomo bottle nipples I bought here, I found cheaper on Amazon. Complete waste of my time and money. Will not come here again.

This is a bright and lovely place.
I love the price when the items are on sale, really give me a surprise every month.
I usually come here every week, to see if they have any promotion.
I’m expecting the coming mother’s day, it should be very exciting.

The second time I got there, you can find many brand of strollers and car seat here, the employee is friendly to explain the way to use and function. Very nice place nice location

We really loved this place when it first opened. The workers are friendly and helpful … that is until you are trying to return something. The first return I did was a toy. I simply just wanted to trade it for something with more of a boutique feel to give away as present. The clerk did a VERY thorough inspection to make sure it wasn’t opened. Finally, she allowed the return since it wasn’t opened and we were exchanging for something else.
The second return was done by my mother. She purchased a backpack leash and she wanted to return it because my nephew got injured from it. The clerk was very adamant about no returns on opened items because they have to be able to resell it. So, my mom brought up the fact that the item is unsafe and the store’s defense was «that’s not our fault, it’s the manufacturer’s fault.» My mom was even willing to do an exchange, but they insisted on no returns on open packages. This was NOT written on the receipt or their return policy. Their argument was, on the receipt it states that they reserve the right to refuse any returns. Subsequently, the clerk took out a marker and added «no return on open packages» to their return policy while my mom was still standing there.
«Customer is always right» obviously does not apply here. Just be ready to commit to what you are buying and you may want to double check on return policy and ask for it in writing before making a big purchase. As they said, they are not a big company like Costco where customers can return as they please.

Wow, horrible customer service. I always come to the area to eat and saw there was a baby store that carried a brand of stroller I want (Stokke Xplory). I am looking at a the stroller and some other customers come and essentially grab it from me to look at it, too. Wtf? The sales lady encourages them. Too bad the customers then walked out without purchasing anything it appears.
I asked questions about a sibling board to attach to the stroller and the sales lady said it didn’t have the option (it does and my husband told her we had looked it up online before coming.)
None of the sales ladies helped. Which is unfortunate because my husband was willing to shell out the dough for a new stroller (1000+), and new maxi cosi car seats for our three children. That was the whole purpose to coming here.
I hope the owner reads this and can emphasis to the staff on the importance of not alienating your customers.
Maybe it’s because I am not Asian and the other customers were? I am not sure but I definitely didn’t feel welcomed. It’s okay, my $$ is good somewhere else.
Oh well… Nordstrom’s it is.

This is truly the best baby store in the area. Everything is much cheaper than Toy R’ Us and the staff here is knowledgeable. Came here for my baby cousin’s toys! Would come again
