I want to thank the Unilocalers for their reviews here that gave me the guidance to use Jose’s knowledge and service for our carpet care. Definitely we will be using his other services such as the tile cleaning in the near future.
Jose (JJ Carpet Care) is:
*Professional — Friendly and resourceful. Answered our questions. Informed us what he will be doing. Gave us a reasonable quote.
*Detail-​oriented — Jose did not miss any spots. He did extra work on the high traffic areas especially on the staircase.
*Courteous. Jose called us ahead of time to let us know his ETA even though he has already given us the appointment time. Moved our furnitures and handled them with care.

JJ carpet cleaning is the real deal! I was very skeptical at first because I was afraid there’s going to be hidden charges, but they stay true to their estimates. They’ve been my carpet cleaner for 10 years now and they do not disappoint. They always do an immaculate job in cleaning my carpets. We bought our house a couple years ago and the tile grout was dark brown. So we figured that was the color of the tile since we scrubbed it and it never changed colors. With our new baby coming soon I wanted our tile in the kitchen and bathrooms scrubbed. I called JJ carpet and the gentleman who answered was pleasant and worked with our busy schedule. Within a few days he was at our house and took care of the job and it was amazing. The dark grout we thought we had was actually white! Unbelievable! The job took just 2 hours for 300 square feet of tile. We will be calling him again for our parents house.

I found JJ Carpet Care on Unilocal.I called for a quote, gave Jose square footage of my rooms and he quickly gave me a price. Reasonable price compared to other places I had called. I scheduled them to come a week later, Fabio showed up, he was very nice & professional! He did a great job at cleaning the carpets, he even moved a couple small furniture pieces around while cleaning. My carpet looks nice & clean!!!

Spoke with Jose over the phone. Very nice and helpful! He offered $ 5.00 off because the internet coupon did not apply to me. His over-​the-​phone quote was exact pricing. Although I spoke with Jose, it was Felipe who was sent to work on the carpet cleaning. He was helpful and worked hard on the carpets that was dirty due to the prior owners of the house I just bought.

JJ Carpet Care was just what I was looking for. I had made a call to Sears and a call to a Pennysaver ad and to JJ’s-the prices were within $ 20 for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. What sold me on JJ’s was that Jose was able to come out the next day at noon-​BOOM! Everything was done quickly and professionally with no added charges. I couldn’t believe how nice the carpets looked as I could not remember when the last time they were cleaned. Not sure if he can always provide service that quick but it worked out well for me.

These guys are great! I had them first clean my carpet a day after I moved in (Nov 17, 2013) because the movers destroyed my carpeting (especially on the stairs). Fabio came the next day to clean and the water wasn’t working in the house. He patiently waited while I dealt with the water company to get the water turned on. He then did a great job!
I had him come back this year to do a maintenance clean on my carpeted areas and again, he was on time, nice, and totally remembered me from the 16 months earlier! I was impressed. He again did a great job, in no time at all and my carpets were lovely again! I plan on using them every time. Oh and good prices with no hidden costs!

First time posting on Unilocal.Had to post on a great job Jose did cleaning and re-​stretching my home carpet. Called Jose and I gave him square foot on each room. Jose gave me reasonable pricing and did not surprise me with NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Had some carpet areas with heavy traffic stains, but Jose took extra time to make sure carpet was cleaned to his professional liking. Jose just a honest man and care’s.

J&J Capet Cleaners were great! He came in and cleaned my tile on the floor and made my tile in the bathroom look like new. We also had him clean our family room. We had 2 other companies clean the family room and the stains would come back in a couple weeks. It has been over a month and the carpet looks like new!

I love promoting small businesses– especially when they do their services right! Called Jose at 7 AM and got a verbal quote. I wanted to do the carpet cleaning ASAP and luckily one of his clients rescheduled. Fabio arrived on time, and went over the process with me again. EXCELLENT service. He even helped me moved furniture and boxes out of the carpeted areas (I haven’t fully unpacked since moving in) and put all the furniture back into its place after he was done. Carpet looks clean and it isn’t overly damp. Highly recommend this company if you are in the hacienda/​rowland/​diamond bar area!

J J Carpet Care’s guys were professional, friendly and fast. I needed carpets cleaned throughout the house, and they did a great job at an equally great price.
Late last year, I interviewed a few local carpet cleaners I found on Unilocal.In addition to others, J J came out and was one of the few who provided a written estimate, not just a verbal quote.
When I scheduled them to clean the carpets six months later, they kept to their estimate and scheduled our cleaning within the week. Their crew arrived on time, moved furniture and handled things with care, and finished on time. When they were done two hours later, carpets we thought were going to need replacing looked great again. Even the high-​traffic areas looked better than expected.
I’ll definitely use J J Carpet Care again.

These guys are the real deal — good, prompt customer service, and even better actual cleaning service. I called and made the appointment with Jose several weeks in advance. He quoted me a price over the phone based on square footage and number of rooms, and while I was somewhat worried that would change when they actually got here, it didn’t. And I was shocked!
Received a confirmation call for the appointment 3 days prior, and Fabio came promptly at the scheduled time. The guy is a rockstar, even my husband was impressed! I will use JJ Carpet Care regularly from now on — a real Unilocal find.

Jose thank you very much for your carpet cleaning services. I usually don’t leave reviews just to anyone but deserve this I love how my carpet looks now and clean no stains people he removed all of the stains .
Like I say to people you get what you pay for and this was all worth it .
He comes to you even on a short noticed and explains to you what he will do and chemicals he uses. I highly recommend Jose jjcarpet cleaning is the best. Don’t check around for prices he is the one way stop.
