Their service sucks! I have used their service for one section (12 half hour treatment in this session). Their only chiropractic, Mr. Tan gave me 5 minutes treatment, FIVE MINUTES! Sometime even less than five minutes. After 5 minutes, he will send you to his assistants which don’t have any professional training or taking any schools. Just two senior aunts, they will put electrical pulse machine contacts on your body and let you enjoy the electrifying pulses for the left 25 minutes. I spent $ 240 + $ 300 out of my pocket (for 12 half hour sessions) and my PPO insurance company paid them too. They made at least $ 800 from me but gave me nothing. I still suffer from backpain and my symptom still intermittent. When they asked me to renew for another session, I declined their «offer» without hesitation. I will never ever go back to this clinic again.

Stay away. Was good at beginning, after you buy the package, the chiro just do the very basic routine things on you. No response to your concern or pain. Most of the time not even paying attention to what I’m saying. There was a sub while he was on vacation, the sub was actually a lot better than him, very attentive and that’s when I realized the difference. My whole family bought multiple packages from them (loyal customer), and when my dad couldn’t go for a while because he was busy with work, then they told him that his package expired. He is not allow to use it anymore. So money wasted.
