The Service is okay compare to. other spa I have been too. They charge me close to $ 120 for a hydrating facial. kind be overcharged! I dont like my beautian because she doesnt do a good job on face massage. Everything is just normal not worthy for the price. will not come back!

Worst experience ever. I booked my appt for 10am and asked the girl I spoke with that I wanted a deep tissue massage and an acne facial or whatever was similar. She said she had me down for the massage and that when I got to spa they would evaluate my skin to tell me what kind of facial I should get. When I arrived The receptionist said to wait and they would be right with me. I sat waiting for 10 – 15 minutes before some other girl came out and told me I was early too early for my 10:30 appt. I really thought I had heard 10am for my appointment but since it was only a half hour I let it go. I got into the room and Betty (the owner) started my massage. I’m not quite sure what kind of massage she gave me because that was not a deep tissue massage. It felt more like a Thai Massage where they just push down on all points of your body. It wasn’t what I wanted but I hate being the person to complain. The horror started when in the middle of my massage I constantly kept hearing the other employees gossiping in the room next to me. Then one of the employees comes into the room to tell Betty something, this happened 3 different times during my massage. Then about 15 minutes before my massage was over another woman walks in and says she’s going to do my facial. But first Betty asks me if I requested a regular facial because she was unsure of what kind of facial I wanted because she was not the one who spoke with me when I booked my appt. So I ended up having a facial and Betty trying to finish my massage at the same time. Throughout the whole time they were gossiping back and forth. I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there, this was not a relaxing experience. These women were all very nice but they really shouldn’t conduct business in such a poor manner. I will never come back

Never get your mole remove here, I don’t think she’s experience. Went in to get some freckles remove on my stomach, now I’m left with a lot of scars. I had this done many time from different places but never turn out like this. Very upset.

La Desir Spa is clean, warm with a hint of pleasant aroma in the air. The meditative background music helps you relax while getting a massage. I am usually here to get a deep tissue massage treatment for my injured muscles. Lulu is the best masseuse I’ve ever met. I considered Lulu is more of a physical body «healer» than a regular masseuse. Lulu’s way of massage is unique and customized. She actually has the intention to «heal» your overused body. I highly recommended anyone who has (or has not) a injured muscle problem to make an appointment with Lulu. I can’t say enough thank you to this amazing healer.

I always enjoy my facial and massage with La Desir where you can find professional staff, relaxing and clean environment.

All I have to say is ever since I started getting facials here my skin has improved drastically. Iv been coming here for about 6 months now. I first came here because of the Unilocal reviews, I was skeptical because the previous facial I recieved made me break out even more so I was literally traumatized. But because my skin was getting so bad due to stress from work I decided to look around and this place had a fair price 65 for the basic facial. Which isnt too bad because the places I called were giving me quotes of 85 –100. I called in told betty mt concerns and when I arrived she set me up with shelby and boy am I glad. Shelby does an amazing job. She really knows how to extract! My pimples are not average they are very deep so if you attempt to extract them and you dont completely remove the roots they come back worst. Shelby is so gentle but at the same time she takes her time which is great. It normally takes her an hour and a half to finish my facial and she never skips a step. Shes also great at massages very Strong hands ! If you have serious acne come see shelby she is great with extraction and she honest about what ypu need for your skin. The whole staff is honest and never up sale and thats whats really important ! Ask for shelby shes just fantastic!

Got a facial today with Joanne. Paid $ 95 for the collagen mask facial, kind of different than their price chart, but oh well. I like how gentle and detailed Joanne was with the pore squeezing part. She gave me a very quick hand massage, a good neck and shoulder massage, briefly trimmed my eyebrows. The spa is small but good atmosphere for the most part. I was probably the last client for the day because half way through my facial, all the aestheticians were outside the room talking and laughing loudly, kind of ruined the spa experience from that point on. I pre-​purchased 6 facials with them to get one free, hope i am making the right decision! I will update my review after my second visit a month later.

Betty and Joanne are awesome! I’ve been getting facials for many years and this place is my favorite spot — I always leave looking radiant (instead of a tomato)! I just finished my facial with Betty and when I looked in the mirror, I was glowing! Then she gave me samples to try –totally not a hard sell at all. Their receptionist is also so sweet, I think her name is Grace.
Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Clean place and awesome service. If you want to have perfect skin or relaxing afternoon, this is the place to go. Everyone is really professional with their skin care techniques. They give you honest suggestions on how to make your skin beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I’ve been looking for a place to get a facial and my search is finally over! I had the best facial ever with Betty. She has many years of experience and provides a lot of care and attention toward her clients. By the time I left my skin already looked better and I felt so relaxed and peaceful. Betty has amazing energy and is so talented, I can’t say enough about her. Her entire staff is genuinely friendly and attentive.

I always do my facial with Joanne. Such a nice lady… She cleans my face well and get rids of all the pimples/​acnes I have. She’s good at giving recommendations too but not too commercial. Everyone seems nice over there :) always feel happy after having a facial.

Finally, I found a place to get my routine facials! I’m so excited I finally found a place I really like and will become a regular for facials. I’ve been coming for the post acne scar treatment facials and already saw my face brighter in a month!
The place is new and super clean, which is very important coming from a huge germaphobe! All the ladies that work here are friendly and skilled! You can’t go wrong with any of them as they all have the same professional skill set.
Get the package deals! It’s worth it!

It’s a very relaxing place to get facial. Staff are nice and the atmosphere is good.

Most people would not recommend facials for men, but I brought my bf for a couple session and he loved it. One time, he was so relaxed that he snored while having a facial right next to me in the same room. I highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been a regular customer since 2006 and live about a couple of hours away from La Desir. I can’t stop going back! I would purchase their package deal all the time and always take advantage of it. It also makes a great gift, especially when your sibling is having a bad day, I’ll just pick up the phone and call Betty for a special appointment. She is very accommodating!

Betty is truly my go-​to for the perfect facial. She is highly skilled and very gentle during extractions. Her massages are wonderful too. The products used at the spa is top notch and wonderful for sensitive skin and acne prone skin. Betty is sweet, kind, very funny, extremely attentive to every client’s needs. She truly listens to everything you say. I just adore Betty and she is truly a professional at what she does. She is extremely meticulous with extractions, which I happen to prefer. She has a lot of knowledge about skin care and teaches you how to properly maintain a good skin regimen. Don’t let me forget to mention how awesome her makeup skills are. She will transform you into one heck of a beauty and not look like someone spackled tons of makeup on you. I chose her to do my makeup trial and makeup for my ex-​best friend’s wedding, and all I can say is I turned a lot of heads before, during and after the whole wedding day. I asked to look like a princess and that is what she gave me. The makeup she used was perfect. I didn’t need a touch up at all and my makeup lasted thru the early morning, thru a hot and sweaty summer day and straight thru the night. It was unbelievable how intact my makeup was. I have very temperamental skin and this stuff was the bomb. Betty got skills. That’s all you need to know. You will fall in love with Betty and her crew. La Desir may be small but it is perfect!

Facial by Joanna and she is amazing. The place is clean and modern. Joanna is very friendly, gentle and thorough. The products she used are high quality and it smells oh so yummy!!! Lavender cleanser & tea tree toner!

Very professional and the place is great. Carry good lines of products for your home care as well. Be sure to ask their recommendation for your skin.

I had two weddings to go to during the past 2 weeks. The first wedding was 2 hours away so I opt to have my make up done along with the bridal party from someone else (BIG MISTAKE~!).
The next wedding I went to, I had to go back to Betty’s. I couldn’t trust anyone else… during the wedding, I was complimented many times on my make up =) Everyone wished they had it done from Betty too.
I literally went in, sat down, and said «put make up on me… however you want», and relaxed. 45 minutes later, my make up looked like it was done by some Professional Celebrity Artist. She brought out my best features =)

Great, great place. Make sure you request for Betty because she is the most gentle, talented, and friendly facial therapist that I’ve ever encountered. Everything here is great and they use high quality products — some of which they send you home with samples with. I used to come about every two weeks but the place is definitely pricey.
A regular deep cleansing or glyco-​peel can run up to $ 90 unless you get their pre-​paid 12 session package which brings it down to $ 85. But after tip, a facial can you run you anywhere from $ 95 – 105. But do spoil yourself every so often and come visit Betty!
