Paris Baguette

Place looked clean. The employees were nice and courteous. Their prices are OK in some of the items sold.

Paris Baguette located in the corner of Galleria Market, real corner, a very small space but neat and well organized. They have hot and cold drinks, sliced cakes, birthday cakes, breads, jams. The quality is better than 85 degree and JJ bakery.
I have tried most of the bread in the store and I liked them. It’s a delicious treat to make for lunch on the go or for an afternoon snack. Prices of breads are between $ 1.5-$ 4, birthday cakes are over $ 30 each. Breads are fresh and fluffy, birthday cakes are very pretty and not too sweet.
Coffees were below the average. Nothing special. Services were OK. I’ve been there for at least 5 times but no one mentioned me about the reward card which I just knew from the other review.
Note:
You can park your car at the back yard of the Galleria Market since the front parking lot are always crowded.

I got their bread and it was not baked thoroughly. I was able to taste the dough. I told them that it was not fully baked and they replaced the bread immediately. But the replaced bread was also not baked fully.

This place is a really small Paris baguette compared to the others, but it still has what you need. I always get the chocolate croissant, it’s sooo good. But I didn’t really like their black coffee, it kind of tastes weird in my opinion… I wouldn’t recommend it at all. But customer service is fine. It’s usually teenagers working. One time I came to buy a cake and I had a lot of questions but Michelle? I don’t really remember her name (she has long black hair) but she helped me a lot and answered all my questions really politely. I haven’t really been there lately but I’ll go again
Just a tip, don’t go on a Saturday afternoon. It gets really packed and you have to wait a while.

They don’t except Amex, this is pretty big franchise, can’t understand they don’t accept American Express. Birthday Cakes are over price compare to 85, not the best customer service, their coffee was stale, had to ask fresh one.

Stopped in for pastry and a coffee. For a small place it was pretty well stocked. You really don’t get that «Paris Baguette Feeling» sitting cramped in the little corner of the grocery store this place is in. And this location is no place to hang with the hipsters with their stupid wool caps in the middle of summer. But if you want a good pastry and a good cup of coffee to go, this joint fits the bill. There is lots of parking in the shopping center and the service is fast and cordial.

Really, really small location located inside the corner Korean market. We came a little late in the day so they were probably going to close soon. Selection was minimal. I love going to the Paris Baguette in West Covina and the Santa Anita mall so I basically know what bread/​pastries I like and which cake/​sweets to get.
Taste wise: All of the PB’s are pretty much the same. Good pastries for $ 2−3/each and selection of cakes were okay as well. No signs of the pudding (must have been sold out?)
The service was OK. The cashier there seemed like she was tired and was antsy to go home. No friendly smile or ‘thank you’ when I purchased my pastries.

Always a pleasant time here! Good bread, good service. Must try their House Iced Coffee. One girl here is ALWAYS smiling ready to help you. She’s amazing and hilarious at times :) Hope to visit more often.

I’ve had 2 cakes from there, blueberry cake n sweet potato cake… both r good but nothing spectacular… The cakes r not overly sweet, which is good… I’d come back to try other cakes n pastries tho :)

Paris Baguette is my favorite Asian bakery chain.
They have the best croissant dough ever, so crispy and fresh, love it!
Huge selection of desserts priced fairly at around $ 2 each, stock up on what you like and have them pack it up for you.
I have yet to try anything I didn’t love here, you really can’t go wrong, though anything with croissant dough is my favorite.
Service is great, the store small, but cute, great place to grab dessert in the area!

Came across this bakery while I was waiting for a table at the kbbq place a few doors down. The breads here look a little more fancy than over bakeries I’ve gone to, and it is reflected in the price which is a little higher than what I’m used to.
They have a nice selection of different types of bread, especially the savory ones which I personally go for. But they don’t skimp out on either sweet or savory breads and I like that, they even have cronuts and donuts which I don’t usually see at Asian bakeries.
I’m not sure what the service is usually like since I’ve only been there once so far but when I went it was pretty great, I didn’t catch the guy’s name but he did a great job helping us and hooking us up with the best breads. Good times.
The only drawback I felt were the prices being slightly higher than other similar bakeries, but I do taste it in the quality of the bread and ingredients so I don’t mind too much in the end. I’ll definitely be back for some more ham and cheese croissants, cronuts and hash brown breads when I’m in the area.

Food:
Flavor is same. Although not highly commercialized one iota, there is a consistency at these P.Bs.
However the ice coffee was pretty good.

Its a decent bakery. I like the fruit tart, but sometimes it isnt as fresh as id like. the cronut here isnt that great. i hoped for more. the staff is friendly and the prices are medium.
the other breads tasted like its been sitting awhile. i was kind of disappointed, but the tart made up for it.

It’s on E Colima Rd and Fullerton Ave in Rowland Heights.
It’s in a small corner shopping (more restaurants than shops). It’s located inside of supermarket «galleria market». Once you get in, you’ll see this shop on your right. It’s a super small and skinny bakery with 2 tables. Though they have the tables, you don’t want to dine in since the market is freezing and the seating area is too tight :(It’s set up for to-​go unlike other locations.
Menu: Drinks (coffee, smoothies etc.), pastries (breads to sweets), shaved ice etc.
Bakery: I think they want you to put the paper on the tray before picking up pastries — so that they don’t need to wash the tray much?! I’ve never seen any bakery that does that. Am I supposed to pick the paper with the tong or my hand? I don’t know. I assume I should do it with the tong, right? It’s difficult to pick the paper with the tong — so the papers are frying on the floor — Annoying. And after you pick the stuff you want, you’re supposed to return the tong at the register, not returning it to the rack you got at first by yourself. The kid before me licked it while her mommy was paying. I do hope the mom put the tong at the register…

Strawberry pudding: the presentation is adorable — 2 colorful layers in the tiny 2 oz milk jar. The top half was a strawberry mousse, and the bottom half was a very fluffy texture pudding (fran). The pudding tasted like a pudding, but the texture was too light for pudding — it’s more like «mousse». Since the bottle is so tiny, skinny and long, you really can’t reach the pudding for a while — you’ll keep eating only the strawberry mousse first (unless you mixed them all). It would be nice if I could eat both without mixing them all. But the tiny bottle makes it impossible. The strawberry mousse overwhelmed the pudding. It’s unsatisfying as «pudding», but alright as a whole — as a strawberry mouse with a tiny tiny hint of «pudding»…
Banana cream bread: Banana custard cream is in the soft bread shaped like a hot dog bun. You do taste the fresh banana in the custard cream. They put the small crumbs of sponge cake on top of the bread, which makes tons of mess. I warned you. It makes a freaking mess. Taste wise, not bad. $ 1.80.

Korean bakeries make better pastries (both taste and presentation wise) than Chinese ones for sure. They do care about the presentations — the products look very pretty. But Korean bakeries seem to copy most of them from Japanese ones. They look similar to the Japanese ones, but the tastes are a lot lighter and weaker than Japanese ones. Korean people can make such a punchy, unique and delicious BBQ and all. I wish Korean bakers could be more unique and original without copying others. I wanna see what I don’t see at Japanese bakeries — something unique like the flavor combination — «Kimchi and cheese» (they work very well together unexpectedly). Not that I wanna see a «garlic» or «kimchi» cake ;p What I meant was something «unique» flavors using the ingredients and desserts Koreans love.
You see «Paris Baguette» all over nowadays — but it’s very «so so» to me and doesn’t make me think I wanna go back again unlike «Cream pan» in Tustin. So so isn’t good enough for me. I want something «awesome». I really don’t find it at any Korean bakeries.

This bakery is in a shopping center where you probably wouldn’t expect to find a French bakery. Since I discovered it a few months ago, I’ve stopped in at least once per week. I prefer the almond croissant, which is crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not overly sweet or buttery. I also love the cheese Danish here with strawberry or raspberry. I’ve had the ham and cheese croissant for lunch a few times and that works too, but it’s a little small so you might need two.
The chocolate croissant was too rich for me, and parking is a nightmare. Spaces are only large enough for smaller cars so you may get a door ding.
Either way, I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

Tiny location.
Stumbled across this place by accident going to my favorite smoothie place, TeaLight Boba. Breads are okay but customer service not as good. I feel left out not being able to speak Korean. Taking pictures are not allowed here. Cronut is $ 3 which is ridiculously high. Not worth $ 3. They also advertise shave ice desserts but they don’t make it here. DQ not happy.
I’ll go somewhere else.
Do NOT get that chocolate pastry with the cereal on it. Looks better than it tastes, it was hard. The strawberry crossaint is good but not as good as Cream Pan.
For breads, go to Cube Bakery & Café. So good.

This Paris Baguette is smaller compared to other ones and is located inside the Galleria Market, at the corner of Fullerton Road and Colima.
Paris Baguette is like a hybrid of a French patisserie and a Korean café type of bakery. A lot of the baked goods, though Korean, have a French accent. They are generally light, soft, flaky, buttery but not greasy. Like most Asian bakeries, their products are lighter in sugar content and not too sweet (great!)
One of their signature items is their milk bread loaf. It is similar to the white toast loaves found in JJ or Diamond, but with one twist — milk. So it’s called milk bread. It is very soft and it stays soft for days. When toasted, you can still feel the softness and it has a rich aroma. So what’s the secret about milk? I don’t know for sure, but most people who are good cooks add milk to their meatloaves and meatballs, because milk make them softer. I think the milk in the ingredients does the same magic here. If you have never tasted this, it’s worth a try. Prices are not cheap — at over $ 4 a loaf it’s much more expensive than those loaves from JJ or Diamond. But if you like it, it’s worth it.
Many of their baked goods come with a shiny and sweet glaze, which makes the presentation so beautiful and appetizing. It’s sort of sweet but not overly sugary and I think it enhances the taste of the products. I especially love it with the croissants which set them apart from the rest of the pack.
We’ve tried many of their different items: mini croissants, apple pies, pineapple pastry, red bean bread, sweet potato bread among many other goodies. Everything has been absolutely delicious. Paris Baguette is on the top of my list for Korean bakeries. Highly recommend.
4 stars only because of the smaller store, limited selections and its location. Parking is almost always difficult and close to impossible during peak hours. Try not to come here during lunch and dinner hours, especially on weekends.

They’re smaller than other locations but they have the popular choices.
I got the Apple creamcheese ($ 1.80), sausage pastry ($ 2.25), pain aux chocolate ($ 1.90), chocolate croissant ($ 3.80), and croissant donut ($ 3.00). The cronut was kinda greasy so I wouldn’t get it again. They also had two new pastries which were like mini pizzas.
The young girl who helped me was pretty nice.
