At first just came to browse, because they don’t carry the band size I was looking for (28). To my surprise– Cherry, who assist me, was more than helpful. Got diff varieties of bras for me to try on (all great quality) that fitted. She was extremely patient and friendly. The whole transaction was comfortable, smooth, and pleasant. Don’t forget to sign up for VIP– additional 10% off price tag, AND 20% off during birthday month!!!

Fast and friendly service. Wasn’t pushy and gave variety of types for try on. Heard they are looking to open Irvine. Definitely will revisit again if I need to shop again.

This place is disgusting. It’s an asian version of a really dirty swap-​meet I felt dirtier walking out. The bra’s are extremely low quality and they only have petite asian sizes, I asked for a 30DD and they looked at me like I was an alien and tried to sell me panties that fit a child’s ass. If you have anything bigger than a B cup and actually have a nice bum don’t expect to find anything here.

To me, this store deserves 5 stars because of three 3 reasons:
1) They carry high end products, which are priced at an affordable ! (you can qualify for a VIP card if you spend over $ 250, which gives you a 10% discount in the future)
2) It’s organized and clean
3) Sale Ladies are always willing to help, and are very friendly! Monica and Queenie were the ladies who helped me out when I visited; they knew what they were doing and were very professional and helpful!

I love this place. Pretty much the only place I will buy bras now. Esp recommended for Asians, they just fit better. At least way better than Victoria’s Secret! VS does not even compare to this store and the bras are pretty much the same pricing. I could not believe that there was actually a technique to wearing bras! You’ll never learn that at VS! What they do is show you how to mold your boobs into the bra so you get perfect cleavage and makes you look skinnier. It’s amazing what a difference it makes! I love love love it here.
There is however one caveat (therefore 1 less star). These ladies are the car salesmen of lingerie! Don’t let them use their upsell tactics on you, unless you have a lotta moola to spend or just like to splurge. Whenever I go, I always have a budget in mind of say $ 200 or about 4 bras. If not, it’s easy to spend a couple hundred bucks because they’re so convincing! I kinda laughed to myself once bc the girl sounded upset when she couldn’t convince me to buy more bras. Hey I’m not rich. And $ 200 ain’t chump change either. Oh, and no returns so you gotta make a good decision.
Anyway I always walk outta there feeling sexy! I love the way their bras fit. I totally recommend this place! No more Victoria’s Secret for me.

I came here after reading the favorable review on Unilocal,and I have to agree, one of the ladies who works here is simply amazing. After I came in, she greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted to get fitted and buy bras accordingly. So I got my measurements (boy, have I been buying the wrong sizes!) and she got to work showing me different bras and how to properly wear them. It made such a huge difference! I learned so much in 5 minutes!
By the way, the lady introduced herself as Gloria. She was immensely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only downside is the bras were really expensive for my budget. The ones she showed me were at least $ 40. I bought at least one because I felt bad not doing so after she helped me so much, but all the bras she showed me were nice and seemingly good quality.
5 stars for the experience here!

I came here again the other day with my sister so she could get fitted and find the wisdom that I had found but this time the experience was mediocre.
The lady that helped me in my first visit was excellent in customer service.
When my sister and I went in, the two ladies were not very accommodating. They only helped us when we asked and didn’t even teach my sister how to wear the bra correctly. I had to teach her how to wear it when it should have been the saleslady. The bras are still good quality. My sister bought 4 bras and she also paid for the one I bought too! =D but anyways I really wished that the lady who had helped me were there to help my sister.
I would have given this place 2 stars (because I have experience better) but because I had given them 5 stars previously, I’ll give them 4 stars.
Overall, the bras are all good quality, but the customer service wasn’t as good as it should have been.
