Everything was just okay. Nothing special. The seating area in the back is really cute which is why I gave them three starts instead of two. Service was also very good. The drinks: we ordered the potted plant milk tea. It didn’t taste good at all. The drink was not sweet at all and the cookie crumble fell into the bottom of the glass towards the end of the drink making it feel like we were drinking sand. The cloud was cute. We got one mainly for the picture. The toast was eh. We got green tea toast. Nothing too spectacular there, just toast with some condensed milk and green tea powder. We came here mainly for the cloud and potted milk tea. It’s a place where I would take my friends to get pictures, but not somewhere I would come specifically for the drinks.

Went here to study earlier today, since we heard that this place has outlets a-plenty. We also saw all of the cute photos of the cotton candy clouds on Unilocal! My friend and I ordered a green milk tea, honey green milk tea, mild popcorn chicken, and animal fries. The green milk tea and honey green milk tea were average. When the animal style fries came out, my friend noticed that it had a distinct stench to it– it’s because of the asian chilli sauce that they put on it. My nose was clogged up due to a cold, so I couldn’t really smell. Halfway into our stay, my nose started to clear up. AND I SMELLEDIT. it was horrid. it smelled musty and old.(I don’t think it really had to do with us being white washed asian and not being used to oriental food-I love stinky tofu and I tolerate the smell pretty well. It smelled as if it were rotten) Needless to say, we stopped eating it. We thought that the popcorn chicken would be okay, but we both noticed that it had a sour taste to it. I’m not sure if popcorn chicken is supposed to taste sour, but we couldn’t finish that either. ;_____; I had a really bad stomachache after our trip here. On a brighter note, the chocolate waffle was decent. The waffles are warm and a little crunchy. the chocolate and green tea ice cream complemented it well. The servers here were very attentive and nice. But unfortunately I do not think I will be back :(

I ordered the cloudy rose latte while my friend ordered the cloudy hazelnut latte and garlic waffle fries. We both thought that the hazelnut tasted better, but the rose was still good. It was just a little too candy flavored/fruity for a latte. The cotton candy clouds were a bonus and super cute! Though I felt like the lattes were sweet enough without the cotton candy, they were still fun to eat and very aesthetically pleasing. The garlic fries were okay… They were kind of lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, my friend and I didn’t get a chance to try the cake platter, which had individual cakes slices placed on a ferris wheel… But we will next time ^_^

Came here to do some work on my laptop. Walked in at around 1pm and there was no one behind the counter? There was a girl sitting on the couches that worked there but she said she was on break. Wtf? So you are on break and no one behind the counter… who the heck is working then? She finally decided to get her rear end off the couch and attend us and reminded us that she was on her break… I got the Hokkaido Milk Tea and this is probably the worse milk tea Ive had in a while. It tasted a bit funky and it was overly sweet. Not only was it terrible but this place is pretty pricey too. Never coming back. Décor is nice but that’s about it.

Ok, I have to admit that I had a thing with cotton candy. Anything that put together with cotton candy just instantly grabbed my attention because how cute is that. I have been wanted to come here because of their super cute cloud alike cotton candy decoration with the drink! Came on a Saturday afternoon, this place was super empty and no one was at ordering section. There was a woman sitting near the front door looking like she was going to stand up and took order as soon as we came in. After standing up for 1 second, she sit back down and said«Oh, I have 5 more minutes of break» Me and my BF were confused and just stood there. Then I asked her«So…Should we just wait in here?» Detecting our awkwardness. She decided to came back up and took our order. It was super weird. I got hot fruit tea and of course the cute cotton candy. My BF ordered Hokkaido milk tea. When they served the tea, my pot had no cover… I was’t sure if they did that intentionally or if that was the design of the pot. My BF’s Hokkaido milk tea tasted super weird and bad. In my memory, Hokkaido milk tea should be a creamy milk tea that comes with a special toffee caramel taste. This milk tea has no where close to that. It looked dark for some reason and was overly sweetened. We had to pay for tips since we have our drinks in the store. We paid around $ 16 for two horrible drinks. I am not regretting my decisions to come here because I actually got my cute photos for cotton candy drinks but in the future I would not come back for sure. This place is more like a one time experience thing. If they want to retain customers, they have to work on the flavor of their drinks otherwise anyone could copy that idea of cotton candy. Service was rude and drinks were unprofessional. Parking is in the back.

Great service, delicious drinks. They had beautiful presentation, melting the cotton candy in the drink is fun and it allows me to find the perfect sweetness. Service is very fast and friendly. There is nothing bad except the cotton candy machine is too loud and the boss lady was mean to the barista that was still in training probably. I have worked at many drink shops and he was not the best and efficient but not too bad. The part that irked me was when she threw the spoon behind the counter when she was mad. All aside, very nice.

Cloudy with a chance of COFFEE~! :P I love the«Cloudy Day» you can order with your cup of coffee. It is just a cotton candy piece that you can dip into your coffee and sweeten to taste. The remainder, you can just eat. YUM! But it is pricey to order the cloudy day, about an additional $ 2 on top of your drink. The cotton candy gets very hard if you don’t eat it quick, so don’t let it sit around too long and eat it fresh! This place is very soothing, had a lot of cute décor, and was a nice place just to study or read a book and relax.

This was my first visit here, and it was a really cute little café shop. Inside is small but very roomy and filled with nice tables and a few couches. My boyfriend ordered the potted milk tea, which is pretty much a milk tea with crushed Oreos on top, a dash of Hershey’s chocolate powder, and a cute little mint for the«plant». He didn’t really like it and he said it could’ve been better. I could say the same, because there was really not much flavor to it. But presentation wise, it was in a tall glass and it was cute. $ 6.99 I believe I ordered the vanilla potted ice cream with a «cloudy day»(cotton candy). & apparently, the cotton candy is free if added.(And completely optional) the potted ice cream is pretty much ice cream in a cup topped with crushed Oreos, a little Hershey’s chocolate powder, & a small mint leaf for decoration. The cotton candy was alright. The only downside is that it still had a lot of sugar that wasn’t processed into the cotton candy itself. So it was really really messy. As for the ice cream, I ordered vanilla. However, it tasted like it had a hint of pistachio or something. Wasn’t a problem though, because it was good. In my opinion, the potted ice cream was the only good thing that I had. But it was waaaaay too over priced. $ 6.99 for a smaaaaall cup and a cotton candy. The customer service was good, the only thing that was really bad was… The lady who was working, was never around to be seen! She wasn’t in front where the registers were, and she would disappear for like 10 minutes.

ZEROSTARS for the manager that decided it would be wise to have a girl be alone in your shop after only a few days of training! I decided to stop by for a nice drink and something sweet(cotton candy) I placed the order with a young girl that did not appear as if she knew what to do, I placed the order,(waffle fries $ 6.19, lychee mojito, and cotton candy $ 1.99) and waited for quite a while before my drink was done, she apologized for the wait. Still waiting on my super expensive fries, another customer walked in and ordered 4 drinks, the poor girl obviously looked stressed as the lady requested to pay first so she can go next door. The girl DIDNOT learn how to properly use the register as she kept having the register open before putting in the amount given.(This prompted her to bust out her iphone and use it as a calculator) About 12 minutes later, she handed me the fries which REEKEDOFSESAMEOILOVERLOAD!(GROSS) The drink was NOTHINGSPECTACULAR, then I asked where my cotton candy was, she looked lost and ran back to the register opening up a cabinet then confessed that she was never taught how to make it, and that she had only been training 3 days. I WASSTUNNED, IRRITATED, ANDDOWNRIGHTUPSET because the whole reason why I visited was to have a nice, fluffy cotton candy. I will never be back! POORMANAGEMENT! C’MONGETITTOGETHER!!!

First visit and it was very nice. From the outside its cute and the inside is dim and very beautiful, I love that they have tables and sofas. The servers look are so nice that they make you feel like family. The server was very nice and took her time to explain the menu and all the items, she recommended the Orange Green Tea since it was made with fresh oranges and aloe. The Orange Green Tea was very tasty, they squeezed the oranges, when you order. I got my drink regular sweetness and it was perfect. There was a strong orange flavor with a hint of green tea. Im glad that their tea is not overwhelming bitter like most places. The only complaints I have was it did take a while to make the drinks we waited about 10 minutes just for 2 drinks, when we were the only orders. Plus I am going to request for them to filter out the pulp from the oranges next time. It was a bit hard to drink since the pulp would clog up the straw. Too much effort trying to suck it up. I would definitely recommend coming here, if you are in the area and you need a nice place to hang out.

I love trying out new places around different cities and I came across this place through Unilocal. The store front itself it a little on the small side but what they make is super cute and tasty. Our waitress was really nice and I’m glad I got to try a few of thei Cute coffee place! Yeah cute place getting a rose latte with soy milk, fresh taro milk tea, cotton candy and a animal waffle fries! A lot of places for some reason that are Asian cafes don’t have options for soy milk but this one does so that is a plus for them! Service was really fast and nice and we were the only ones in here so it was nice it seemed to be pretty private and I like that. Quiet spot and it also have comfortable chairs and cute interior. Everything about this place screams take a picture. It has it’s own personal charm and looks really nice.

Such an adorable spot for drinks, catching up, and FREE wifi! I came on a holiday and was pretty surprised that the drinks came out so fast even when all the tables were full. Parking: The café house faces Colima Road and is located in a small plaza next to the Hong Kong Plaza. I couldn’t find it at first, but thank goodness for Google Streetview! There’s a small parking lot behind the building, so you’ll just have to walk around the building to find the café. Service: The workers are all really friendly here, especially one of the lady(seems to be the owner) who didn’t speak fluent English but still tried her best to explain the whole menu to me. Once I entered the café house, she immediately started setting up our table and got us water. Then after ordering, our drinks came within 5 minutes of waiting! I remember complimenting on how adorable a mini-cloud looked, since the lady gave one to the kid in the table next to me. She noticed my reaction and immediately brought a mini-cloud to me for free! Keep up the great service ! Food: — Matcha Green Tea Smoothie($ 4.75)– Can definitely taste the matcha green tea, but it loses the taste(too milky) near the bottom of the cup. I liked that it’s not just regular green tea! Add $ 0.50 for boba. — Cotton Candy Cloud($ 1.99)– cute concept! Can’t really go wrong with cotton candy. I mainly ordered this for the pictures. hehe — Potted Milk Tea($ 4.25)– another cute concept they have here! Basically milk tea with a layer of whip cream and oreo on top. I thought the drink wasn’t too bad, but nothing too unique. Honestly the drinks were slightly on the pricier side, since they’re not 5-star-amazing. But for my experience this time, their service definitely went beyond my expectations.

Located on the corner of Fullerton and Colima. Small cute cloud theme Asian tea spot, known for their cloud cotton candy. They also have food. This place gets pretty empty so its a good study place to hang out and bust out your laptops.

With the cotton candy cloud concept, I would have loved to like this place, but instead, I left unimpressed. My high school friend and I decided to come here to catch up on what we had been up to in our lives. If there was one thing I loved, it was the interior. The décor inside is chic and modern and even had a fake fireplace in the back to mimic an inviting home feeling. There is a password for the free wi-fi so it appears like a great place to just sit down and get work done outside of the house. However, with the service and the drinks, I did not really care for. One of the oddest things is they DONOT just serve hot coffee?! It is either iced or as a specialty drink such as a latte. Why? The server could not explain. The server also told us that we could use credit card as long as we made purchases greater than $ 10, but then later told us we had to order $ 15 worth of food/drinks. The server was also constantly on her personal cell phone even when answering our questions which was a little annoying. Anyway, here is what we ordered: Grapefruit Green Tea: Because I hold the CoCo grapefruit tea as the standard to which I based similar tea houses, their version tasted artificially sweetened even though I asked for«less sweet.» I did get a few hints of the grapefruit flavor bu overall I felt like I could just taste sugar. Served in hipster mason jars and with mint leaves in the ice cubes, I do give them props for trying to make theirs slightly different. Cotton Candy Cloud: Recommended with coffee drinks, my friend ordered it with her espresso and we were just okay wih it. Perhaps because it was slow they made us a huge cotton candy cloud. I am guessing because of this the relative size of the cotton candy to her espresso cup, the whimsical touch that was intended seemed to be lost? It is a pretty neat concept though as we pulled pieces of the candy and watched the sugar instantly dissolve into the coffee. In terms of parking, there is plenty in the lot of the plaza it is a part of. There also appears to be some street parking not too far away if the lot is full. Overall, I would probably just come again to show friends the cotton candy cloud, but even then, I am unsure if the novelty is worth coming back for.

I live in Rowland Heights and I’ve never heard about this place from any of my friends. Weird! Found it as I searched desserts on my Unilocal one day(the usual search haha). It’s located in a pretty secluded and plaza, not much goes on there other then phoenix nearby. The servers were not the most outgoing, but they were very polite and mannerful. It’s a great place to study because there aren’t that many people there. It is a little on the dim side with a variety of seats/couches. Cute interior design! No outdoor seating available. ROSELATTE: I typically like flowery things and decided to try it. Not a fan when mixing coffee and flowery flavors, but it tasted exactly how I expected to. Definitely worth a try, but if you’ve already tried rose flavored things before and didn’t like it… for sure this isn’t your drink. POTTEDPLANTMILKTEABOBA: Average milk tea mixed in with oreos and cream on top. Not a huge fan of their boba-felt like they weren’t made fresh. :/ COTTONCANDYCLOUD: For an extra two dollars, you can add this«on top» of your drink of choice. It comes on a stick clipped to a board. It is very instagrammable and aesthetics looks cool over your drink. I love cotton candy and this was great! Overall this café is okay. I would come back here once in a while, but I don’t think I could come here regularly.

I didn’t expect much based off the mixed Unilocal reviews. I guess it’s a new establishment with cotton candy as their specialty. I’m not a huge fan of cotton candy though, so I did not try it. However, I did try some of their teas, lattes, and appetizers. Nothing struck me out of the ordinary. The drinks are really average, like something you would expect from Lollicup or Quickly. Prices are average, nothing I’d cry about. I most likely will not come back because there are other options in the area. The cotton candy is definitely IG/social media worthy though. This café is between the Walgreens off Fullerton/Colima and the Hong Kong Plaza. The door opens to Colima, so you have to park behind it. It’s easiest to get in from the cross street Batson Ave. There’s always some parking because it’s not a busy building. **Free wifi, ask them for password **Cash only(or minimum $ 15 on card) **No outdoor seating
