«MAGIC,» is a word often used time and time again by our customers. While magic can’t be measured, we do have a few tricks up our sleeves to help in the repair/​recovery in your smart device. Whether it involves replacing the cracked screen on your smart device or cleaning the liquid damage resulting from a «Fun» night before, we are here to offer assistance.

We have a common saying here in that if we can order the replacement part, it’s probably fixable. No matter how old the device or whatever decade it came from, it’s definitely worth at least getting an estimate. There will always be a moment where you believe it’s beyond repair and that’s where we work our magic.

Battery not charging as it once did? Laptop in need of an upgrade of overhaul? Screen damaged to the point where it’s not sliding or drawing your blood? Device happened to fall into the toilet? Looking to send someone across the ocean a device but need it to be unlocked? If any of those situations are even remotely close to whatever may be ailing you than we can help. You can call, walk-​in, email, snail mail, smoke signal (Though a windy day may deter us from seeing it), morse code (Our morse system isn’t always plugged in), etc. Even if our magic fails and the device is beyond our ability to repair, fear not. We can offer credit, cash, or recycle it for you.

History

Established in 2011.

While our history in this field began in 2008, this actual location came into existence in late 2011. It came about amidst all the turmoil caused by downfall of our leading the financial leaders. A few jobless friends came together and here we are. An important and difficult lesson to experience throughout life is that sometimes things to crumble in order to make way for better things. Reboot Device Repair in Rowland Heights is that better thing.

Originally established under the name iMach RH (Some of our regulars will still refer to us under that name), a recent name change took place to bring us to present day «Reboot.» Before people begin to wonder why we changed our name, whether we were escaping our questionable pasts or massive debt, the truth is we did it as a means to reinvigorate the business. A fresh coat of paint here, a few new lights here. In a nutshell, we «Rebooted» ourselves. The original staff still exists today as well as a few new faces.
