This place is actually pretty nice, they have fixed up the outside so it looks great. The inside could use sum new linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms but all in all it actually is a nice place to live. My family and I really like it alot. This place used to be considered really ghetto when I was growing up in the Heights, management has seemed to have done a good job getting rid of most of the riff raff. The complex is relatively quiet plus they do have security patrolling here so it def a nice feeling.

Started review: June 19, 2001. Pool is super tiny and not enough to compensate for the tenants in over 100 units. Management is weak and illiterate. Maintenance guys are very cool, which is the only perk I see at this complex. Recently, the apartments outer appearance was redone, but the interior lacks the major changes the exterior underwent. Definitely needs to change management and management help! Rules are unfair and excuses are exhausting to hear when justice is demanded!!!
