My best friend recommended Mike for behind the wheels instructor. I failed twice and I was desperately in need to pass! He may be strict but keeps lessons fun as well. After 6 hours of lessons, I passed. Thanks! I recommend Mike to whoever needs an instructor.

This is right in the same plaza as the post office and the printing service. They were very professional and it was very fast. No wait time, office was clean and professional. Nicely air conditioned. The prices are reasonable (I believe they are set by the state) and he was very efficient. It is best to pay by check since they have a service charge for credit card. They do a number of other services besides live scan, such as notary and passport. I was surprised to see that their office with so many services was right in my neighborhood. Great service! Thanks so much! Will definitely go again. =) Keep up the good work!

Ive been Dealing with Mike at RZ for a number of years for a number of services ranging from: Traffic School, to Passport Photos, to livescan services multiple times. Every time I have gone in to deal with Mike he has been prompt, professional, with competitive prices. I would highly recommend him for any of the services he offers, including travel.

DO NOT COME HERE! RUDE PEOPLE, UNFRIENDLY, FOUL MOUTHS! NOT ONLY THAT… THESE PEOPLE CHARGE EXTRA FOR USING CC AND THEY COST MORE OVERALL… Beware of the guy, he is very rude! When asked how pricing is determined he said «The price is the price if you don’t like it get the hell out!»
I just laughed and told them to have a good day… business is probably doing bad. Chairs are all dusty like nobody’s been there for months. Apparently, this place is notorious for rude customer service, especially the guy. I’m going to file a complaint with the city about this guy.
His attitude is unacceptable. This guy is bad news!

I went to RZ Livescan a few days ago to get ink fingerprinting for my job. I found the place online since my recruiter told me I could go anywhere that was licensed, etc. I called before to find out the prices and exact location. The lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. I brought in my fingerprint cards, they charge 25 $ per sheet. The man did my fingerprints and he was very nice and humble. It didn’t take very long either. I will be recommending this place to my friends or anyone that needs their services, they have been there 11 years I think he told me.

Came here for Livescan. The lady was very patient with me because one of my fingerprints kept getting an error message. I’ve done several livescans before but this was the first time I went to this place. Their customer service was excellent. I would definately go back to this place for my livescan in the future.

i only came in to get some papers notarized and got way more than i went in for. mike offered to help with mailing important documents and was professional, friendly, and sincere throughout the whole visit. just from speaking with mike, i really appreciated his work ethic and concern for doing things the right way. next time i need notary or fingerprinting or some stuff, i’m coming here! thanks mike!

Needed to get a DOJ Live Scan report, and luckily for me they were open on a holiday. They were very friendly and helped me fill out the report and explained the process. While there noticed they had a driving school, and after recently failing my behind the wheel signed up for the course.
The instructor went over to the test area so that I can see what mistakes I made, and was meticulous so refine my driving skills. On test day picked me up early, got me breakfast to make sure I didn’t test on a empty stomach, and got a few hours of practice on the car and course. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs notary, Live Scan, or driving school!
PS: Passed! And got to take my test a bit early thanks to them!
