Elaine did an amazing job on my fingers and toes. I’m very picky and I am so happy with the results.

Still just as awesome. 3 years now and still love coming. It’s my mommy day out and Elaine is the best. Ask for her and tell her I sent you. ;).

Bought a groupon … Was a great deal for two gel mani’s… Until I tried to use them. Was very frustrated… First coupon used: had an appointment made for a Saturday decided to walk in instead on Friday. I forgot to mention my groupon and the owner was happy to see me told me to pick my colors and while I was doing that I remembered and told her I had a groupon and appointment for tomorrow but wanted it done today instead. She said no she don’t have time today … I gave her a face like «r u serious» because I have a coupon which u r advertising u won’t except a walk in … I don’t see the big deal … Anyways she took me and after 2 hours at the place I left with a good manicure and poor customer service … I dread that I bought the 2 deal mani package … That means I have to go back… Well here I am for my 2^nd mani. I called the owner to make an appointment for Saturday she said she is all booked then said Sunday at 10:30 am .I said fine. As I write this review I sit out side the salon at 10:30 closed and opens at 11… Apparently they really don’t have any customer service skills… I have kids who I had to leave with someone to make it to this stupid place … I will never ever come here again … EVER… Gave them only 2 star because the gel lasted a while on the first mani… Don’t advertise on groupon if u can’t honor the same customer service as u would regularly… their mani’s r good but service lacks …

They quoted me one price over the phone & then charged me a diffrent price AFTER my nails were done! I had no recourse, and it was so frustrating since no one could speak english! The salon was hot & flies we’re buzzing around me the entire time… it was not a relaxing spa experience. I should have known that something was wrong with this place when I walked in and I was the only customer… I was there for an hour and they didn’t have any other customers walk in. I just got a coupon in the mail for this place and it’s half of what I paid for the same manicure… but even if it was free… I will never go back to this place!

I went in for an upper lip wax and didn’t realize until I got home that my esthetician tore off half my upper lip skin. It looks like a bad burn and I am now having to treat it with cream– part of my skin is now red and patchy and even with makeup, it’s still very noticable. I have been going to salons to wax my upper lip for a while now and this is the first time there’s been problems, so it’s not because I have sensitive skin. My guess is that she pulled it off too hard or put too much wax on. I don’t think she meant to do it so hard, but the reason I’m writing this review is because when I go in to wax professionally, I expect a quality job and to not look worse than I did when I came in… reasonable expectations in my opinion. Now I have to deal with this and hope it doesn’t scar. Think carefully before going here for a wax. I regret it completely.

I called to see if the salon was open late and the girl let me know the salon closed at 7:30 (Monday night around 8:30) and i was disappointed and ended the call. She called me back and asked if i would still like to come in and she would take care of me if i arrived within 15 min so i definitely agreed! Salon was for sure closed and i am beyond greatful they could see me so late. I would definitely come back during normal business hours because they were able to accommodate me with such late notice. The young girl who helped me was the owners daughter i believe but i honestly just needed one done so i have no complaints. Very nice young lady and so sweet.

The best spa to go for your lashes. Lan is second to none in fixing your lashes. She does both the upper and lower lashes which no one has been able to accomplish. Her customer service is phenomenal, she makes you feel like a queen. Kudos DS I will always recommend you to my friends.

Came in for a shellac manicure and ended up getting my nails done as well as a pedicure.
Gel manicure was great. Good color selection. It’s been a couple of days and I feel like the manicure is holding up great, but my cuticles aren’t looking as good as I wish they did. Gave a nice hand massage but I wish it would have lasted longer.
You sit in a nice massage chair even to just get your nails done so I liked that. Probably makes it easier for them to up sell you to the pedicure since you are already in the chair.
Pedicure was really nice. They did a scrub as well as a really nice foot and lower calf massage. They have some different price point options, I chose the lowest price one for $ 30 and was satisfied.
I had a groupon deal for my manicure so for both the pedicure and nails it was $ 45 and I thought that was a great deal. I would go back to this place.

I have been coming here for years and bring friends and family. Elaine and her staff are friendly, professional, and very, very good. It is my get-​away every two weeks! I love to bring my granddaughter here. They have two pedicure stations just for little girls. They make her feel very special.

I really like this place. Elaine is the sweetest. She cares about your nails, as well as your overall health! This place offers a variety of services. The atmosphere is quiet and serene. The pedi chairs are nice and comfortable. I drive by many nail salons in Rockwall, just to come here! Great customer service, and great results, you can’t beat that!
