Stopped in for an oil change on my Ford Escape and was told it was going to cost me $ 110 for synthetic oil… That’s twice as much as I lay at my normal Ford Dealership… Um No! I’ll take my business elsewhere

Charged $ 20 more than any other place in the area. Didn’t perform all the services listed on the receipt(vacuum interior, wash windshield, etc) which I wouldn’t care too much about other than it was on the receipt as something they performed. More annoyed about the excessive cost thought.

I got my oil changed here on a Saturday and discovered the next day that there was oil in my driveway after sitting there overnight. I checked my oil and it was full so didn’t think anything of it. My two year old and I got on the highway headed to McKinney and people were flagging me down telling my car was smoking. I thought that was strange being that none of my lights in my Mercedes ever came on. My husband drove from rowlett to meet me at 75/Renner and followed me to the closest place to have it checked out.(Of course kwik car is closed on Sunday so Firestone was the closet place to go) Once we arrived at Firestone we discovered that I did not have an oil leak. Whoever changed my oil at Kwik car spilt over a quart of oil all over my engine and transmission and did not bother to clean it up. He left it there to just«burn off» as I drive and the engine got hot. This explains the oil in my driveway. Firestone was nice enough to clean it off but told us he couldn’t get all of it bc the motor was hot. He showed it to us and I was completely shocked by this poor customer service from kwik car. I called several times Monday and nobody answered, so I called the one off Dalrock to explain to him my situation. The man I spoke to was Waylon and he was very nice and told me to come in and they would clean it up, even though this did not take place at his shop. I high recommend you not go to the kwik car off 66, but do recommend the one off Dalrock. What a waste of my Sunday!

Went to this place in hopes on getting an inspection, drove up at 5:45, placed closed at 6:00. Some dude walked out and when he found out what I wanted he said he «had» to shut down the machine. I have called the store three time and left my name and number for the manager/store owner with NO return phone call. I would not use this place as you can tell they hide from their problems.

I purchased coupon used for oil changes, and they tried to push me to weekend early mornings. Bad attitude ever. I asked them to do tire rotation for me, but they didn’t. I figured it out when did alignment. Big fat liar, bad service. I went to another Kwik Kar in Spring Valley, pp there are so nice. Tried to have 10w30, told them but still got 5w30 after all.

Great place. Fast and professional. Pleased I’ve found this place and have already brought two of my vehicles here. This is now my go to place for service.
