I wish I could live a half a star or no star. These folks installed our heating and air-conditioning in a brand-new home. Later on we found out they forgot to even install ducting to one of our rooms. I went through our builder who made arrangements for Longhorn to come by and fix the problem. They were going to be here this morning between eight and 12 noon.
Here it is afternoon and they are not here yet. After repeated phone calls to the office in which they will call me back tomorrow and also to the emergency on-call technician I have received no return phone calls back.
Very unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend these people to anyone even my worst enemy.
