Metroplex Window and Gutter Cleaning

Recently bought a house on a tree lined street. Needed trees trimmed off roof & gutters cleaned. I am pleased I found them on Unilocal & called, not only did he answer the phone while working, he told me he could stop by that evening after he completed that day’s job to give me an estimate. Got the quote that evening. He got right back to me because he had a cancellation the next day & could fit me in. I took the appointment… Not only did he do a great job, he trimmed 4 trees & took a dead one completely out for me and hauled it all away. He will be installing gutter screens for me & I will not hesitate to call them for all my future tree trimming & gutter cleaning needs.

Walker and Ronda are terrific, hardworking people that deliver great results at very fair rates! Our house is 100 years old and after a gutter tune up and having all the windows cleaned we have a new outlook on life — literally! Our windows just disappear now and it has given us such a lift in spirit! Our gutters were packed with years of debris and now they work they way they are supposed to. Walker even power washed our house and it took years off of it! I highly recommend them! We are having some additional work with this team given our great experience with them.

I received my quote from Metroplex on 2÷22÷15 today is 4÷21÷15 and the job is still not completed.
We were quoted 4 – 5 days to have the job completed and it is now 2 months with work still unfinished.
Not only is walker and his crew unreliable (was told they would be here on multiple times to «finish up some work» and they did not show or contact us to let us know they weren’t going to show up.
I understand the weather was a problem in February and early March. I asked to have the outside work completed by the beginning of April when I got back in town so all that was left was cleaning the windows inside.
Upon the request that I pay $ 300 to the invoice, I paid the whole account in full $ 1363.55 on April 2, 2015 at this time I was under the assumption that the job was being completed on the 4÷2−4÷3
When I arrived home the outside windows were cleaned and screens put on, some of them were bent or not hung with all screws. (See pictures of crooked screens)
Flower beds had been trampled through multiple times and screws and nails were left on my driveway from gutter work being repaired… This led to 2 new tires on a 2015 Infiniti.
I finally had to almost demand that someone come over and clean the inside windows because I was being told by Ronda (owner’s wife) that they couldn’t come to clean the inside windows until April 17^th.
Mind you the account has been paid in full… It has now been twice that Walker (owner) said he would be out here (last Monday ⁴⁄₁₃ and today ⁴⁄₂₁) once again completely blown off… (No rain happened at all last week or yesterday, slight rain and mostly cloudy today but still no word on not showing up)
Regardless to say I have asked for a detailed list of the items not completed along with the refunding of the amount for the work that was not completed. Guess what, no refund. Lucky for him he is dealing with me and not my husband (who has a zero BS policy)

Oh my goodness! My windows are sooooo clean! We moved into a house that has windows that likely hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time. They sparkle!!! There was paint sprayed on some. You gotta get this cute couple to do yours! Wonderful people who do a great job! And the price is awesome! Don’t do it yourself. You can’t do it this good! I’ll have them back again for sure!

We hired this company to clean our windows for a pre-​showing of our house for sale and they did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend then.

Cleaning your gutters is alot like going to the dentist. It is easy to delay the appointment. But you feel better after a cleaning.
My wife and I purchased a home about 2 years ago and never really gave much thought to the gutters during that time. But with the gutters getting stained and rain water coming off our roof (not collecting into the gutters), we thought it was time for a cleaning.
We looked at three different companies to clean the gutters and Metroplex came back with the best-​priced quote and the most comprehensive scope of work. As part of their initial check of our house, Metroplex’s owner (Walker) showed us the different trouble spots with our gutters and the particular downspouts that were clogged. We were amazed to see how badly the gutters were clogged — to the point where very little (if any) rain would actually flow through the downspouts.
Over the course of a day (and a few follow-​up visits), Walker and Rhonda (and another worker) cleared out our gutters and downspouts while putting a fresh coat of paint on the gutters too. They even power-​washed our front walkway and the flagstone in our backyard.
All in all, we were very pleased with Metroplex and found Walker and his wife to be personable and professional in completing the job. We would definetly recommend them to our friends.

We live in north Dallas and were looking for a company to come service our gutters (in a major way!) We’ve lived in our house for 2+ years and kept putting it off. After looking around on Unilocal,we called a few different companies to come out and give estimates.
The owner and his wife, Walker & Rhonda, were very prompt in coming to our house to provide an estimate of the work to be done. Out of all the companies, they were the most comprehensive! They gave us ideas on how to improve the curbside appeal in other ways (including power washing our sidewalk to remove some green mold– ick!). In addition to cleaning our gutters, they power washed the exterior of the house (included a free exterior window wash job!) and painted our gutters to completely finish the job.
Also to add, we were in a time crunch of trying to get this project done before hosting a 50+ person party at our house. They worked some jobs around and fit us in to be completed before the party!
On top of being happy with the finished product, we were very happy with the customer service. They were easy to get in touch via phone calls and texts (which is very helpful during a hectic day).
I’ve attached 2 pictures of the before/​after of our sidewalk and front gutter to see the work. We will definitely be calling them again in the future!
