Alliance Property Management was founded in 2000 and has sustained steady growth each year since then. We founded the company with the focus on quality of management rather than quantity of units. Each client has easy access to the company owner and our friendly staff. We understand what is required to run a profitable property in the Wasatch Front market, and are focused on achieving our clients goals.

At APM, our people manage your property the same way they would if they were the owners. This attitude affects everything we do on your property and most importantly, improves your bottom line.

Founded in 2000 by owners Casey & Asillin Clark Alliance Property Management prides itself on quality investment and HOA management. The company has grown steadily over the last 14 years but the owners remain involved in the day to day operations and the primary focus remains on doing the job right in a manner that clients can count on.

M. Casey Clark founded APM in 2000 beginning with a single 4-​plex. He wished to run a management firm centered on quality of management over quantity of units. He’s still involved in the day to day business operations and is committed to maintaining APM’s reputation for quality.
