This place is worst place to get allergy shots at. They are extremely expensive!!! I was charged $ 1706 to have simple allergy test done. And they kept on trying to make me go back so they can take more money. People that work here are idiots. Tried to pay my bill the first time over the phone with a cc and health savings acct and they girl put the numbers in wrong. Second time I called and Jennifer The billing department lady reassured me that this will be processed correctly. Again, the next day as I looked at my credit card Bill I was charged for the wrong amount. I called for the 3rd time and the lady tried to tell me that they processed it correctly when I clearly see it on my credit card online banking. Really can’t process a simple payment. Save yourself the headache and do not go to this place!

I’ve been going to this office for awhile now. They are pretty quick to get you in for an allergy shot. However, the older blonde woman — Betty — she sits at the front desk is extremely rude. She’s very snarky when you ask her a question and makes it seem like you are bothering her and that she is too busy to be dealing with patients. She never greets patients and the only time she interacts is to be rude to them by saying«keep it down» to the patients in the waiting room. If it wasn’t for how close this location is to me, I would go somewhere else solely based on her attitude. The doctors and assistants have all been great.

I give them 2 stars for decent hours for the 10 minute max. wait for allergy shots & ease of prescriptions being called in. Otherwise it is downhill. The appointments are set up with whichever doctor is available when you arrive. There is little bedside manner and the front desk staff doesn’t have great customer service. They are short with you on the phone and it lacks the humanistic factor that you would expect in care. I’ve seen people wait almost 1 hour past their appointment time to be seen. At the same time a doctor walks a pharmaceutical rep. to another room to see him at this same time. Smh Other things: -$ 25 fee if you miss your appointment.(But they cram people in all day and I have never been seen at my scheduled appointment time). –They make you take a picture with a web cam for your patient file(You CAN tell them no. I refused to take it. It’s not like the doctor knows me anyway). –The auto bill you and I’ve had to call them for charging a «late fee» on an invoice that I had already paid. The only good thing about this place is the convenience of getting allergy shots if you need them. If you are looking for a doctor that knows your name or even cares about your ongoing health seek another place. The administrative staff is not the greatest in regards to considering the patient either. I am searching for another doctor/clinic so that I can transfer as we speak.

I used to come here but stopped. Not because of the location as much as the scenario of getting consistent shots and not really feeling much better. Well I’m back, this allergy season sucks and I’m willing to put in the time/money to fix it. This place is really quick, the doctors are nice and I have been feeling better after going here for a while. At the end of the day I only rated this location poorly based on how allergy shots work in general.
