Great store! I came in to get my screen replaced. Andre took my phone in the back and did it in 10 minutes. Much better choice then toiling away at the Verizon store on a Saturday.

Went in metro PCS main store for technical problem with phone, sales representative started messing around with my gallery which had nothing to do with the reason why I brought it in. & deleted all of my photos & videos. My Oldest Sister passed away last month, I had photos of her & videos of her last good days before she passed, which meant so much to Me, He was able to retrieve Everything back, I mean Everything… Very satisfied customer highly recommend them.

They were very helpful and gave cost effective advice. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I recently had issues with my phone and had taken my phone into Apple and not only did I have to wait over an hour for any sort of help, Apple had returned my phone to me in worse condition than it was originally. Frustrated with Apple, I came into Gadget Drop as my last ray of hope. Andre stopped everything he was doing as he could tell I was in much distress. He was sympathetic to my situation, fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes, and also provided me with a screen protector — at no cost. He provided me with immaculate customer service and my phone is in mint condition. Thank you for being so great, Gadget Drop. You rock, Andre! Thanks a million.

Absolutely wonderful service!
I dropped my Samsung s5 in February. I dealt with the cracked screen for months. I didn’t want to have to mail the phone out or buy a completely new phone. I finally found gadget drop online and stopped in today. I was told it would take until the end of the day (I dropped it off at approximately 10:30 am). They notified me at noon that it was completed! So fast!!! I was so happy and should have gone there a long time ago!
Phone repaired, no issues. I also purchased a case there to prevent this in the future. Overall, my phone is fixed perfectly and it is protected. The service was great and the gentleman was extremely friendly! I knew my phone was in good hands!

Took my iPhone to them after cracking the screen. Pros about gadget drop, 1) are they are nice people and 2) they were able to fix it same day. The cons of the place is I asked them does it void my warrantee to have work done there? They said no. Today I went to Apple because unfortunately I broke the screen a second time, after waiting 3 hours I found out they couldn’t repair it because it had non-​apple (third party) parts. My warrantee had been voided. Of course I was upset so I went back to Gadget Drop, told them about my disappointment, they said they only thing they could do would be replace the screen… I asked for free right? Since they lied to me about the warrantee… they said no it would still be $ 120 dollars, which is $ 10 more than Apple charges.
They made the claim then, that when they said it wouldn’t void the warrantee they were referring to the carrier warrantee (Verizon). Conveniently leaving out that it would knowingly void the Apple warrantee. As a customer when I ask them that question about the warrantee should I have had to ask about each separate warrantee? I would argue that I should not.
Kicker… after all this, Gadget Drop offering nothing aside from me giving them another $ 120 dollars to buy another screen, I call Verizon insurance, only to find out if a third party screen has been installed my Verizon warrantee is also voided.
Moral of the story. Just get Apple to repair the screen its $ 10 dollars less and it won’t void your warrantee. Third party work from places like gadget drop or any other place will void your warrantee.

My granddaughter smashed her iPhone 6 Plus in a car trunk and I was sure it was going to cost hundreds of dollars to fix, or replace. Luckily we saw that this store had opened across Woodward from us and decided to give them a try. What a great decision! We worked with Andre and not only was he friendly and thorough in explaining the cost and what needed to be replaced, he did a great job on the phone and had it back to us quickly. Reasonable prices too. HIGHLY recommend.

Had my iPhone 6 screen replaced recently because it was shattered. Took it here and it’s amazing. I dealt with Andre while I was there and he was extremely nice and helpful. If anything happens again to my phone, this is where I’ll go back to get it fixed! Highly recommend. Thank you, Andre!

Smashed my iPhone screen to pieces yesterday and needed it fixed ASAP. I called the Apple store on a Tuesday, early afternoon. They said it would be a two-​hour wait for service and then approximately an hour for the screen to be fixed. The alternative was to make an appt and their first slot was Saturday at 1:50. Finding these options to be ridiculous, I called the Gadget Drop and they said it could be fixed in a half hour.
I got there at 3:00 and was told it would be done by 3:45. It didn’t even take that long. It was probably less than 20 minutes. And the price was less than Apple.
The gentleman I met, Andre, was extremely nice and friendly. He offered additional services as well without being pushy. Great experience.
I will update this if I have any problems with the new screen, but so far, everything is perfect.

Fast, friendly, and professional service with competitive prices. Good experience. Will return if I smash my screen again! I only knew about this pace because they occasionally favorite my Instagram posts. Excellent marketing strategy for us Millenials because they are actually the only place I know of to get my phone fixed.

I got my iPhone screen and home button replaced, such great quality. Cheaper than pod drop, done really quick, and they were very kind/​helpful!
