Jack & Jill Nursery School

I called Jack & Jill to ask a few questions about their nursery program. I am currently in an early childhood development program. I called two times. The first person rushed me off the phone saying their supervisor was coming and then hung up on me. I called back and the manager was very rude towards me as well. It was shocking. They both rushed me off the phone before I could arrange a better time to speak with them and hung up on me mid-​sentence. I even tried to explain that I only needed 5 – 10 mins. of their time and that I would be glad to come in. There were no screaming children or chaos in the background so their didn’t seem to be an emergency that would quantify their behavior.
The reason I have taken my complaint to Unilocal is because I could be a potential parent/​customer of their program. I fit the demographics of a parent who would potentially enroll their child in their program. I even attended in Royal Oak and I currently living a little over 10 mins away. I also have have friends who are in my age bracket (early 30s) that have children who could potentially send their children there. Speaking to me could only benefit them.
It seemed to me that as soon as I mentioned that I was asking questions for a project that happens to be for my Masters program they had no time for me and needed to get off of the phone. The way my call was handled was extremely rude and demonstrated to me that they don’t care about their image or gaining future business. This also raised flags for how they must treat the children there. Any quality nursery school should be proud to speak with people about their program. I wasn’t asking for trade secrets just simple questions about how their program and policies that would literally take no more than 10 mins. They hung the phone up on me mid-​sentence. Very sad and incredibly rude. I would not recommend this program to any family.
