These guys game out and told me what was wrong with my oven. They told me it was $ 500 to replace the part. I said okay and that I would call him back to get it ordered once I double checked everything. I then called the place I bought the oven 2 years ago and they said they would give me the part for free for my inconvenience as long as I can find someone to install it.
I have now called these scam artists back about 5 times just asking for the damn part number so I can order it and pay them to install it. Every time I get an excuse as to why I haven’t heard back. It’s now been over 2.5 weeks with no working oven. If I don’t hear back tomorrow, I will be contesting the payment with my credit card company and filing a report with the BBB.
STAY AWAY!!!
